Might be a dumb question, but when you buy the boosters...it automatically activates them, right? Cause I wouldn't mind buying the discounted ones but don't want to have to use them immediately. Finally got the Lykan upgraded enough to break 1:02 on Barcelona Reverse. Thanks for the line, Turbo. It's fun when I see myself on the leaderboard and no one else near me has nearly as low of a ranked vehicle. Does anyone know of all of the current country specific tournaments at the moment? Seems like they're almost entirely European aside from Australia.
Yeah, saw those tournaments. Not many good prizes. However, the easter cup gives me a GTA Spano, and some french cup offers me the zonda r if I come in the top 100. What car prizes are they offering you?
So I now own all the cars whose price was going to be increased. Do we have a consensus that this sort of stunt is silly? The Zonda R's nitro is pretty efficient, but not Sesto or 12C good. Is it any good in MP? (although what doesn't a score in the 1400s make unusable?)
First you are welcome I think you sure can stock them but make sure to buy them in the store section and not in the start menu area before a race. Actually I think the Zonda has the best nitro profile in the game possibly...I run around Monaco under nitro the entire run? But for me at least unfortunately in multi player due to its slightly slower accel (at times I can over come this though) and missing a few MPH the Sesto owns her.... too bad too because it is one of my two favorite cars in the game
I've done 1 in Australia, 1 in Italy, 3 in France and 2 generic ones for all countries (Easter egg and Testarossa). My 3G is lame atm, so there might be others from other countries, but I haven't found them.
Well for me I have always faced Sesto's...but mine have been maxed for ever and a day I tried the P1 at that same rank and liked it I also moved it to 1537 and it was good too but not enough to run with 1600 ranks.. it was matching me with cars much higher in multi so I maxed it for the tourney and said oh well
Well since you have it, how does the fully upgraded mclaren stack up in multiplayer for a high ranked guy like you? I assume you must face lykans and other s class competition.
Well for the sake of the game I hope it is not as big a step forward as the Lykan was cuz that will just render the garage more and more useless...I hope that it makes a great race for car vs car is my hope Well these days I am not truly ranked anymore...I have fallen quite a bit in the wake of the lottery...But I tried it and was instantly put in with Lykans and other cars ranking high alike....So for me it is the risk of who I will run into driving that Lykan that would make the difference. Or if you knew the Lykans were not boosted and you are I would take that race for sure.....I have run into one the other way around and that guy was good too not great but good....but I beat him in the Drangons Den by 13 seconds. And I was just kinda cruising not taking risks after the first half lap was done...But it did stay with me some what in that first half lap.
Suggestions? If I was to start putting up like weekly pointer/help video on youtube what would those of you who would benefit from that like it to be? I am not totaly sure if I would like to do the tourney thing...maybe add those like in the last half day. But for a weekly I am wondering if there are things that would be of use or not... Or is that not anything that would be of interest to you peps Thanks

Yeah definitely. Question for Turbo: You use a gamepad instead of default touch screen control, right? Any bad one to avoid if you have tried more than one?

Many of you use tilt. I prefer the touch steering wheel. I wish it was a bit more precise though. At high speeds I tend to "lose my touch" (Silent Scope anyone? )
ah, damn, Got home from work, thought i would grind a bit more cash for the reduced price cars, and the offer is over. I never saw an end date similar to the coins. And theres another Easter comp I cant compete in "Bunny". Ive only played for 1 Day and 5 hours, (617 stars in SP) so i guess I am still an amateur. But still be nice to compete in a holiday event. Now its back to hours of endless grinding 2/3K. Slowly, each day, I am falling out of love with this game.
Is that iPad become kind of heavy for the amount of hours you play? Re-watching your video I can see you use touch control since the nitro finger spot is not always the same place (but very close) as I previous thought. I always thought super high ranked players must be using usb/bluetooth controller for more control precision and fix touch screen lag, bad assumption it seems.

No problem man....
