Okay the "claim your prize" just opened for the Mclaren. So whats the verdict? Do you guys think it should it be fully upgraded or only partially so to compete with lower level cars in multiplayer? (as if it will change much)
Also, I'm really surprised that the Mclaren doesn't have a better handling stat. Apparently Its one of the best handling cars in the world and can hold over 2.4 gs in a turn.
Ya I was not really planning on it till I ran it against those same cars on my own...and you are right...I can beat it around most any track by about 2 seconds already....Man it handles way better than the number says... but unfortunately does not accelerate as good as the number says... I really dont know what good in the end it will be.. if I max it... I will get paired with S class for sure. I thought for some reason this might be a good number but it is definitely not that That is why I never played that game very well

Boy I dont know...But it should be really good if it drives like it does now at 1498 then at 1611 it will be hard to beat (with in A class) I think. Depends on were you want to run it though in the end. Online...or seasons for stars in A class racing. Online I know that maxed it should get paired with S class and I dont think it holds a candle there...depends on who you met there..... but for the seasons it will be very good. Every time I try and play the rank game I seem to find that number vs number most of the cars are going to produce about the same lap time...but in this case I can tell you the number I tried first is not going to work...SO I might as well max it I suppose and let you know what that is like

Yeah, don't max it. Mine is at 1533 but the Mclaren could run good around 1515-1530 I think. It just depends on the surrounding cars (Marussia, Mclaren 12, Corvette, Sesto). I hope the acceleration is as good as it says otherwise the car is also pointless online.
Then that would be a yes I think...It will be a little bit before I max it....other than the tourny that is bound to be out soon that will require it maxed It is good, but the 599 out accelerates it I am afraid (at least at the ranks I have given. and I do have that area maxed) even though it is not supposed to. I moved it up to 1511 I think it is or 1510... and it now will out run the 599 around the tracks that I could not before (in total time) so I am going to hold there for a few days and see. The handling is what I think is crazy good. I can turn through some corners under full boost that I cannot in the 599. That likely will get a little worse with more speed though as I move that up or if....
So I'd better wait for it.From what I've understood it'll be better than LaFerrari when both are maxed out.I think I should buy the Audi RS 4 Avant , the Dodge has huge top speed but dissapointing nitro and acceleration which are very important at the start of the race.A good start can win yourself a race, that's basically where the Survolt is good at. I don't know how but like you said the handling is amazing. I don't think it matters what the top speed is since it still handles good for me. Have you used it online yet? That is very true. I love the Challenger but it has bad nitro. The Audi is slightly better. If Challenger had a little better nitro, it would be drastically better, even with subpar acceleration off start. The Challenger almost caught up to me in multiplayer on London with the Survolt on the second lap. Man I wish the Challenger didn't get the shaft.
MP mode still sucks! I haven't ran it in about a week and hoped they fixed it. Nope. My McClaren just got paired up against 5 fully uploaded Lykans. I ended up in second and lost another 10 points. SMH
