I've set up a thread for the ghost times element and multiplayer. Be sure to add you're name, we must all try and beat Killjoy (unlikely that we will, but we'll have to try). http://forums.toucharcade.com/showthread.php?t=201207
I've watched the vids and pictures here and man this looks stunning oO Can't wait till it hits the AppStore tomorrow. Just wow...
Blah blah. There is nothing freemium about this one. Play the game and then whine if you have to. You get tons of content and a premium game. Unlocks happen during normal play but you can pay to open up later seasons if you feel like it.
100%. As always, lee gets it spot on. The game is simply great value for money. I mean, its actually like stealing off the developer is such great value. Nobody will ever be in a position to complain about iap in this one. If they do, they've never actually played it. And I was gonna say are very bad at it as well, but even if you're bad at it, you can still progress without any iap or freemium like elements. Its annoying that some people can't even recognise just simple serious (excessive even) value for money in an awesome game. Just get it and wish every game was like this.
HEY HEY HEY HEY HEY!!!!! If I buy this one from NZ, will it still remain purchased when it becomes worldwide release? I don't want to spend more. ANSWER FAST PLEASE THIS IS AN INSTABUY
Well it won't be in the purchases after you change back to your store. Happened to me with A7. But if you make another NZ account it will remain there.
WAHHHHHHHHHHH I'm so frikin' hyped on this frikin' game! Just a few more hours and then, VOILA! INSTA FRIKIN' BUY!!
That's what I'd recomend. It'll only ever show up on the purchased list of the store you buy it in You'll have to switch store log ins for updates and the like. And that can very annoying at times. And this will get long term continuos supports and updates. I've a lot of store accounts and I eventually just get everything on my home account in the end just to avoid the constant relogging in to download updates.
YEP! Bro Funny thing is that people act as if the game would disappear! Instabuy, NZ account, bla bla bla! Now I'll wait not one, but two days to buy it...
That's pretty sure and traditional with the Asphalt series. I remember very well that Asphalt 7 was the VERY first iOS software (on my purchased list with 11,000+ apps) that got iPhone 5 16:9 support. Tons of new cars in each update! Another screenshot of Asphalt 8: Airborne (In all of my postings you can tap on the images for full resolution.)
By the way, download size is 884mb and installed size is 1.4gb. So if installing from App Store on device, have about 2.5gb (roughly at minimum) free space. If installing from iTunes on computer to device, 1.5gb free space will be enough.
