This is one of those few tourneys where I need 1st place. This tournament I am determined to be number 1, no less or I let myself down. I was disappointed I didn't get to play yesterday and now I'm like 10th. You could hit 1:08, I was saying it was possible to myself a couple days ago.
Well you have what it takes to do that for sure... I would agree totally that an 1.08 (I think that is what you meant to type) is doable but I am afraid it wont be me All tough...those that know me...know I am going to go down trying....LOL
Yeah thats what i meant. The day i got 1:09:5, i was doing certain parts easily, now im struggling, barely getting 1:09:8. I dont know whats happening but i am definitely starting to get down on myself.
I hear you man... That is because you are trying too hard......I have those times my self... but if you are steadily running 1.09.8 then you are right there of course.... and I would not be too hard on your self. You are one of the best and that amount of time lost is so easily done in an event like this one. I go and run different things now and then to clear my head of that course and then go back... ya know just a few other races is all it takes to put fresh eyes back on the event you really want.....Hey at least you are stuck there...lol....I am stuck one second behind you all day every day other than the one time I put up the lousy time I have on the board now
On the iOS version at least, a pop-up comes up each day that initially gives you a 20% credit bonus on your next race. On the second consecutive day, it's 30%, then 40%, 50%, and finally 100%. Once you hit 100%, you get that as long as you continue opening the app (and racing?) each day.
I'm on the iPhone 4s, and I haven't gotten that message since the first day I played, like two months ago.
Since I don't have the F430 for the V8 tournament. I tried it with the 8C and reached 1:47:590. Fastest time for not the best car
Has Asphalt been having connection issues for anyone else lately? (Or maybe they're Gameloft server issues?) Ever so often, it fails to retrieve tournament data and then doesn't let me access that section. This is how it usually goes: It loads all the current and past cups, then starts loading rankings and thumbnails for them, and if it fails to load a single one of those little details, I can't access the section later. So I have to quit and relaunch Asphalt and either hope it loads the whole shebang this time, or just be quick and enter the tournament section before Asphalt decides it's going to fail.
1:43 in v8 looks much tuff u have to use nitro and tunning kits both with fully upgraded car . and prize is just nitro ? Tournaments getting tuff and tuff
Turbo 343 can u share ur route ? for v8 cup for me , i start and then change the track to right side sharp 1st turn and then track changed to left then sharp turn and middle track , go over curved ramp , barrel roll and perfect run in air , after that turn sharply everytime and in cave i use left side track , at the end of cave do a flat spin . turn sharp next and after last turn use to upper track for blue bottle and then change to left for another blue bottle , keep track on left and do a barrel roll + yellow time , Using C8 fully maxed without boost i hardly touch 1:53
This is very true, i was definitely trying really hard and i think it was throwing me off my game. That was good advice. Yeah, that happens to me very often. I just restart my iphone and they pop up again.
Pretty sure it requires the Ferrari to hit that time...which sucks cause I haven't bought that one yet. Man, I hate Iceland. Takes so long to run and the cave makes perfect runs really tough. Oh, and the platforms at the end rando flip you sometimes. Hoping we get an Alps cup soon. Nice safe and fun ~1min track to pick up ~3,600 credits.
I may just be out of practice on it, but I feel like I hit the wall at least once most of the time (usually before/after the jump), but I may just need to change my line slightly. If I recall from the last time Turbo talked Iceland, he recommended dropping down to the right hole in the floor while in the cave.
IN cave Before jumping on ramp i keep car a little toward middle track to avoid touching wall on right and after landing use nitro and turn sharply on right to avoid wooden block on left for me it works .
I got to 1:09:387 in the P1 tournament. There are so many runs where i mess up on one small thing other wise my time would be better. I will get to number 1 and 1:08.
