I know that in light of recent update events it does seem likely that the "system" has something to do with it.... But I will say that I had never played multi till I was basically done with the game. I had all the cars, most of them maxed, and all the stars so I was competent at driving.. very much so..... so it does happen. I moved up fairly quickly and just flat killed many players in the wake. Turbo, quick question. Is it possible to do the French Guiana with a lyken ( using no boosters ) under 01.06.00.... At my best I am hitting 01.06.3xx..... frustrating ... Any tips....
That wouldn't work. If you set up a new gamecenter account (or Facebook one) to reset your level to 1 in multiplayer, it will reset all your progress also and your sync and you will be starting over as though you had just downloaded the game. So you will have no cars or cash or anything, a day one fresh account. Sync profiles and save points are not legitimately transferable between accounts. Of course one can set up a new profile without any problem. You then have to go and buy all the cars and earn everything all over again. They would still of course have experience with the game and know the tracks but there earnings would also be zero at that point until they earned it all again. And as was said by turbo, many players didn't tackle the multiplayer until they had finished the campaign. I did the same thing myself because I never really took to multiplayer racers anyway. I did in this case but I was well finished with the campaign (twice) before I did.
I also thought how strange it is to face so many lv 1 player in the mp, and their profile reveal something interesting : What do you think?
Ok Just tested it out and I admit, I was wrong on the Game Center Idea. I just tested it and it doesn't work (lol I should've tried BEFORE ranting). I'm still surprised by how many level one'rs there are... although i totally understand you guys. Now I've seen THIS multiple times. Whats weird is, I just finished a race and heres what I found (see pics.) It seems that the user's icon changes at the end of the race. I don't know if it means anything, but its something to consider.
Not to worry, not every body knows that part anyway. As to the pictures, it's just another possible hack where the hackers have lost out on their other cheats and are finding others in a weak effort to fill that inadequacy hole they have inside. They'll all eventually get what's coming to them once the source and means of the hack is determined and blocked. Once multiplayer gets rebalanced again, it won't really matter all that much anyway. Of course, it could just be a server sync error as well but I imagine reporting that particular user and sending in those screenshots to support would determine that quicker. So if you get time it would be appreciated if you did send in those screenshots to support through the ingame support thing. Please and thanks.
Well I have worked all night long to find a way to stream...and I got it for now... hard part is for me that my game is lagging just a shade now.. but come let me know what you think on twitch everyone...I don't know how the quality is? Internet connection too...too slow to keep it going for more than maybe 15 seconds at a time....Hummm..... For those who showed up...was there sound?

At the time I was playing through career, the 599XX and Gallardo didn't have events and were expensive, so Shelby was definitely the way to go. It still probably is the best for picking up max stars. I maxed it out and was able to beat all of the B Class events with it. Multi is helpful for picking up upgrades and nitro/tuning. Those'll certainly help in your quest. The tournaments might sway me to 599XX though (I still haven't bought it yet).
Oh, and with regard to multiplayer...every time I click on a player when we're in the pre-race room, it shows their name, badge, and number of cars...but it lists all of them as Level 1. It used to be that a bunch of profiles wouldn't even show...but they fixed that in the last big update. I'm not sure if it's isolated to me, but it's certainly a glitch.
Is it just me or do the AI cars in the challenges have a terminal case of the stupids? Wrecking yourself isn't competent overtaking or cornering...
Ah, yeah, thanks for that info, it gives a slightly clearer picture. Sounds like a profile upload glitch if I'm understanding it correctly. The AI has its own collision detection system but it's not set at max because they would just stream away with the race then. It's meant to be tuned to a human'ish like reaction level so that us humans have a chance to beat them. It also adds a bit of drama to the race and I find it very entertaining. I'd be more worried if they were taking perfect lines all the time and there is a small bit of random element to it for entertainment purposes.

Hey, did everyone got the Dodge Challenger? I couldn't claim the prizes and even further, the cup doesn't appear on the events section, like the previous ones :/ I didn't get that and neither the prizes for the A class cup of the screenshot that Running Bird posted.
