Doesn't work with him. Watch as he presents 55 reasons why your opinion is dead wrong and you're a complete idiot. And why his option is best, has always been best, and will always be best. Hence his name. Hence his sig. Hence his nature. But I digress.
Yes. Just sitting on a sofa (mostly) or on a chair and playing it. For hours. Lots and lots of hours.
Lol, I like playing games laying down on the iPad. Maybe that is why I dislike tilt. You tried tilt while laying down?
If you feel like writing something long, you can if you like. Would love to read what you have to say. Remember 55 reasons.
How comparable are the iPhone 4 and 4S? Same specs? Found this video of 4S gameplay http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BPLYQMbpJHY Wanted to know if this is how the graphics will look on my iPhone 4. So hard to find regular 4 gameplay and wanted to confirm before purchasing the game
Really hoped the Android version would be out now, but alas, no. Had to make to do with the 4S. And it's not cuttin it. Game looks good, but after playing A7 on my new Nexus 7, just no. The 4S chugs, too. Doesn't make the game unplayable, but it chugs. And the drifting mechanic doesn't work how i want it when things start to lag. Still, awesome to finally have this. I just want it on a more powerful machine.
I want to try it on my Nexus 7 as well, but I'm using a 4S and it runs beautifully. Not getting any noticeable lag.
Hmm, I guess it's just my arms that can't handle holding an iPad for hours in the air. Lol. Well more like my wrists. Arms are fine.
Same here 4S doesn't have lag, try restarting your device? I believe it's running between 45-50 FPS. It's that smooth for me. Also game physics are on par with Most Wanted, Gameloft did a much better job with the engine. I want to know if cars that have flaps (Like airplane flaps on Supercars) actually move in this game like Most Wanted. Loves the detail put in that game with the flaps moving. But yeah Asphalt 8 is my new racing game. Good job Gameloft.
I tried all postures. While laying down I can only play some slow tilt games like labyrinth or so for a short time. For Asphalt we are all (w iPads) sitting upright on sofas and move a lot (some kind of a sitting dance). Some of us use cushions under their elbows for a time, and I go to an armchair after three or four hours for a while (or when the battery is drained because I have the electric outlet in the area of the armchair). But I change back to sofa as soon as possible. Some of us prefer Apples case, others are using the iPad without any cover or case.

The 4S has [about] twice the processing power (some test show 4X) and almost 7 times the graphic capabilities. This translate to a much more powerful device. Back in 2010 it didn't show but with new games coming up, the A5 shines.
Lol, wow. People(you) find ways to relax there selfs while playing tilt racing games. Made me smile, won't lie. You sounded like a grown man with this piece of information. I will have to do this an tweak it a bit to get me trying tilt. Maybe tomorrow, as of right now. I am tired and off to bed. Night TA.
