Yup I am taking the ramp at the bottom of the hill and the top right ramp....along with the big one first and the middle route barrel roll toward the end
LOL....I hear you cuz in the end this is kinda stupid on my part... I just cannot stop chasing that top position for some reason..... I am now taking 5 jumps all low and am close to that 23 mark now....Like I said one super spendy Dodge...but I must be having some fun to just keep on trying and that is what it is all about......right
Well, I see we have two top ten'ers here now. Guess its time to pull the finger out and throw some effort in to this one Its great to see that the work them boys in Barcelona did (and are doing) on the leaderboards and hackers is paying off. We may need to send Turbo on a psych eval though. His addiction may be taking over. .... Nicely done on the time, very impressive.
Thank you RIP...as long as I can stay out of the white coat I think I will be okay. Your right...it is great to see the board staying so clean indeed!!
I know how that feels I got the same kind of fever once I realized I might be able to make it to world series #1. Now for the anticlimax: In the next update, Gameloft will find a way to penalize you for being good at tournaments, e.g., by making your nitro run out faster. Everybody should have a chance at winning these, after all!
With all of the credits going around, finally caved and used my first 2x multiplier and then picked up the Lykan. Having used the Silver Lightning as my top S class car for probably a month or two, the difference is interesting. Handling seems rather better.
Yup that is about right That would be too bad really, because we who try, put a very large investment in via credits (which I know is not a bother at our counts) and more importantly time.... That is the pay off for the time invested and that is up to each individual to decide whether they want to invest that or not. I would not agree with this even if I was not one of the people able to chase top times. Doing everything to equalize eliminates the need to get better.... or evolve IMO Edit: After thinking on this for while I used the wrong terms for my explanation. To penalize for being good is wrong... for cheating yes, but taking the time to be good...just would be wrong IMO In the end guys......I wish I could take all the credit for this time outside of actually being able to drive it. I saw a guy do a 1.23.996 on twitch last night and just applied what he did. I will say he was on my route to the "T" but he did a very strange technique in nitro management that is all I needed to change...... well and actually run it. It still took me about 30 runs this morning to get in the 23's I hit mid 24's right away... but making that 23 was not easy for sure. How that guy in Japan hit 23 flat is beyond me really The handling is definitely better.... much better
Pffft...Junior Cup? Doesn't roll off the tongue nicely Are you also using a Mini? It's weird that it seems to be just that device and the fact that adjusting the settings of the stream quality doesn't fix the issue. I know the team is reading this but I'll be sure to let them know. Thanks for the feedback. Also, I'm top 400 for D & C class events as of earlier today. Next stop top 100. Watch out fellas, I'm coming for you
Well, the good thing about driving the SL for so long is that I'm very proficient with a twitchy car. So I've been doing the Great Wall Reverse for the Senior Cup this evening and I want to get some takes on my line. Sesto is my best A-class at the moment, and it's only mildly upgraded. (Getting the RUF 12 soon.) Also been running this without Nitro and Tuning for the moment, so that prob changes the launch part. I start with two takedowns, then veer to the left and near miss three cars if possible before dropping to the lower road. I pick up the gold and stay in nitro. From there, I'm torn. Drifting around the actual road seems safest, but the dirt slant seems faster. I did notice that drifting on the dirt seems to often result in "catching an edge" (where you get air for a split second and then go veering wildly as soon as you land). Staying in normal nitro doesn't result in that as much, but it's still really risky. I try to near miss a couple more cars on the way up the hill. I hit the barrel ramp on the left somewhat low and try to get a good landing on the downward hill. From there, I stick to the right. Initially, I was jumping up to take the underpass dirt road, but I think that staying on the lower part is faster. I was taking all of the curves at first, but then I started being tempted by that ramp being blocked by the red truck. Again, it's risky, but having hit it a few times, I do think it's faster to skip some of the curves. From there, I stay in nitro and stay on the lower part of the bridge (though I run out along the way...so I'm not sure if I should drift one of the curves before or take the roof).
I have not been on for a few hours.. but I have run the rev course... just not in the current tourny... But start off with that car you should be able to take the guy to the right and then forward to take two to three more on their left side. Head left and roll the barrel jump low... middle road, yellow. micro drift stay on paving then drop into dirt burm as it feels right but before the next left. take blue head out taking logs but high on those... low is slow for some reason... I do a small micro drift to head up the hill (dont know how that plays into overall time thought) I also dont use all the nitro here..... take barrel ramp left down the hill....triple boost those small bumps that shut off the nitro. perfect nitro straight but hug the left side after you are through small tunnel and jump to left left nearly all the way to the corner... slide right away and take blue... perfect down the stretch drifting micros to take the S corners at the end to get on the roof for bottles... and triple nitro that and do it over if it is more than a lap.... hope that is of some help... I have not run this for an "ultimate time" either.... I might make a change or two when I do that... but this has been quite quick for me in ghost's Edit: after reading your post completely... shame on me... I would stay down only if I have the nitro to finish on... if I dont go up and triple boost it will be quicker... But on the hole you have the gist of it sound like. and the Sesto should be pretty competitive... I must say though fellas... feels like to me that the team adjusted the LaFerrari some... seems faster than before? I have out ran my Sesto a few times and that rarely happened before in courses that had a bunch of nitro on and off scenarios....
I'm not sure if the traffic you've encountered is different in the tourney, but there's a red semi in front of that ramp coming around the overpass curve near the gorge. I can't figure out if it's better to try to get around it on the left or the right. Will test out the barrel at the beginning of the race. Still trying to understand what you were saying on the dirt slants...are you saying start low and then go back up in the road about halfway around?
I will check later for you... Like I said I have not run the tournament yet I was just letting you know how I run it in season play. On the slants. I run the low/middle of the road.... and up or down I was meaning that when leaving the slant by the logs at end... stay just high enough to get the logs rather getting the logs but from underneath...if hat makes sense or not? Edit: I am on now and what event are you talking about Colbalt? I am only showing hte cup we have been running and hte new A cup on the Alps
