Yeah, he confirmed it is a legitimate time. I assume because they checked it. They are certainly very proactive on the leaderboard front now. And banning players. Which I have to admit made me laugh when the ban notice came on his screen. I was very happy to see that and must thank Marc and Antoine for that one, 'twas the highlight of my day so far

Its possible. A couple of guys on the dev team confirmed it as a no hack legitimate time. Can't get more definite than that.
On a different note, my country doesn't have a leaderboard of its own, so either I choose my own country and compete in the world leaderboards or I choose a different country that does have a leaderboard. I'm Canadian now.
I was thinking we could all here pick the same country that was both small to get rewards if that's how it works, (I'm not sure that is how it works as I always end up in the international list no matter my home account) but also for ease of seeing each other's times close together. Good idea/bad idea? I'm open to an appropriate country selection.
I think it's important to note that there are really two handling qualities to a car. The first is responsiveness, like how sharply the car can turn, and the second is stability, which doesn't have a spec and has to do with how twitchy the car is. I find the FXX to be very responsive but also twitchy. Twitchy is no fun. The FXX is a great deal price to performance wise and I'd recommend it to people trying to figure out which cars to get first in career mode, but I don't like it much now that I have most of the cars.
I like it! Toucharcadia! Only problem is that the prizes aren't as good if you pick a smaller country. In the current tournament, the double credits changes to a nitro booster when you pick a smaller country for example.
Hmmm, not so sure then, I do like the big rewards. Although I do have 8 credit boosters available earned in multiplayer so probably won't make much of a difference to me but I'm sure it will to others. And ha, "toucharcadia", sounds a bit like either a paradise principality or an extreme dictatorship
Season 9 Great Wall Has anyone been able to get 5 stars on this career race? I can reach 8000 yards drifting for anything I keep getting the 1200 5. Showing up on every race. Even tried drifting the entire race but there are so many places the car losses contact witheroad it's ridiculous Any pointers would be greatly appreciated? Thanks in Advance:confused
So while useful tips are flying around... I feel like I need to improve my time in dodge cup, maybe you would have some tips for me. In the beginning I wreck the 5 racers. I stick to upper road, and then take the right to grab the blue bottle. The road splits again, I stick to right, but don't do the 2 barrel rolls up the hill. Past the dragon and the tables, I do the barrel roll on the right side and land downhill. I grab 2 nitros on the curved gravel. Then I do the barrel roll and perfect nitro to the end. Any suggestions? I can't do better than 1:27:638 with this. Rip: I would be happy to change it again if there is a country with good enough rewards without many racers.

It would be nice if the status/pause button screen displayed the distance drifted so far next to the required distance. It could also display spins, rolls, perfect runs, and knock-outs for races where those are relevant.
Hey all - Just wanted to stop by and let you know I received some feedback from Rip about two popular hacking sites and have forwarded them along to our Piracy team. Keep me up to date if you run across any other sites that are promoting hacks/cheats.
Easy: drifted everywhere I could and, on the second lap I stopped in the yard (where you see the dragons flying, the two ramps on both sides, etc.) and there I started spinning while drifting. I did 1.5km of spinning and then I continued to the end of the race drifting where possible. For me it was enough. I achieved the 8km drift star on my first try. TBH, I stopped and began spin-drifting because I had read in this thread that just by drifting the whole race it wasn't enough The star I'm suffering the most with is that one of "make 4 perfect sections" on the S-class race in (I think) season 4, middle Chinese race. That one is a real pain...
Well we are the opposite man...I could not get the 8000 but could get the runs...It was not easy I will add...That track or version of it is brutal.... Thanks to your tip I have the 8000 now... Best tip I can give you on the runs is use the pagani and never use nitro...handles best and is the slowest car with out nitro. I tried the Spano but was still a shade to fast to learn the route.
