I don't know if that front page article has been mentioned already: http://toucharcade.com/2014/03/17/gamelofts-asphalt-8-is-getting-in-app-twitch-streaming/ And I don't know if I'll ever make active or passive use of the live video feature (I'm way too shy you know). What would be REALLY great: The game records each race internally (or maybe externally?) in HD (private). After a race I can decide if I want to keep the record or not. Maybe I want to keep it when there were really exciting and rare situations! (That happens often in local multiplayer races.) Then I'd make a highlight clip out of the best scenes. And THAT would be worth publishing believe me. For experts there could be a special mode for records of (local) multiplayer races where you can "switch the car" (view of camera—like a director of live tv broadcasting—that's where I'm working btw). I'm afraid it's too boring for me watching someone mediocre racing live. Better active racing. A new track is very good news!!! As said before: Gameloft NEVER added tracks to previous Asphalt series games (only cars and—for the first time as well—reversed tracks in A8). Still the most played game here.
Take one car side barely...right tunnel but start drift to take the two blue bottles while staying in the right tunnel if that makes sense.... perfect nitro to yellow that has you cross out over the left tunnel and take out center piers if this is done right you will have nitro all the way off the second right ramp that takes you up... triple to the next ramp triple to the last and spin that one. Perfect nitro to the left hander. make that drift before nitro runs out and tight. perfect nitro off the ramp on the left and over the bridge. spin it too. perfect nitro stay right and take the left yellow bottle perfect nitro off the ramp in to the s turns then triple all turns with the shortest drifts you can clear to the finish line. You need to be clean the entire race to collect critical perfect runs as well..... Good luck

In the stream he said it will be out in a week or two... I did not get anything about the cheating but I would guess it would address what they can and or know about.
Good news. Though Twitch stream update will probably take a couple of weeks, Luis just said that the Great Wall update will be up in a day or two. I guess they also have TLE's planned. I really hope it will hurt the cheaters very bad.
Killing No offense to those "drivers" who live to kill. But the only update I need, is an end to the killing. The races would be much better if when you hit a car, that car didn't die (and vice versa). There's no skill in nudging someone, they die, you go on. There would be much more action if the cars could continue several battles would last throughout the race instead of (80 percent of the time) only into the first corner. At the very least, killing should be an option in multiplayer like infected and elimination. I'm not saying do away with brief death after hitting a wall, just the boring touch, die, run, fall asleep kind.
^ I'm a tiny bit with you, 2621. There were more and longer bumper-to-bumper fights in Asphalt 7 local multiplayer. But you can do something against being killed in A8. Needs some skills, though. Well, I have to say that stream was an amazing success. So close to a million views and regularly over 2000 viewers at a time. Fantastic job by Ryan and Michelle. Just fantastic. Some key points have already been made by others but to reiterate. 4 new cars. P1 looks like the standout as far as in game goes so far but Testarossa, F150 (which should be interesting) and Dodge. 6 new tracks. 2 variations of London and 4 completely new Great Wall of China. The wall of china ones look awesome. There will be some very special tournaments tied to them as well coming up. The multitude of routes, flying dragons, slopes and cliffs definitely make these ones stand out and very special. New, cleaner main menu. Much more streamlined. And lots more behind the scenes work and optimisations but one key one for a lot of you guys. Lots of people can look forward to being banned. This was heavily stressed that the hackers will be banned and won't be coming back for a long, long time. We can look forward to clean hacker free racing. It has been heavily worked on in that area so RB, it looks like my optimism was well grounded Tomorrow's update is the Great Wall one with the new tracks and cars. Not sure if the twitch part is tomorrow's as well. Plus more is being worked on. The SSC Tuatura is an upcoming car. I'm pretty sure someone on here asked for that at some stage. They have tested the play against friends in multiplayer option that a lot of people asked for but its proving very difficult to implement. It seems they are going to continue to try and get it working and its one they want to get in but not just yet. Nice to know they are trying though. And more updates to come to the game. Loads of stuff was said. Too much to put in a post but, man, there is a hell of a lot of work gone into the update and a lot still going on. Roll on tomorrow. I hope it makes it. If not, sometime before the end of this week. But whatever way you look at it, its hard not to say anything other than this is an awesome update. I'm really looking forward to the China track because it looks amazing.
Maybe Dan't Ponic http://forums.toucharcade.com/showpost.php?p=2966078&postcount=1748 Rip Dude! I'm so happy with this Update! In a day or 2, I will play on the track and car that I asked! In the future, with another car that I asked! Is it a Dream? HAVE FUN EVERYBODY! PS: And Congratulations to Ryan zombie!
I hope we'll be able to paint the Testarossa white or pink for that perfect 80s/Miami Vice feeling. Ah, the memories. I'd be willing to break my black cars rule for that.
Do you, like me, run black cars because you/we think they are harder to see and therefore harder to hit, or, unlike me, do you think it's just Bad A$$?
Right, right? Right? It's the biggest update ever and all I'm thinking is how I'm going to paint my Testarossa red. edit for Ryan: You really nailed it dude, it was fun. I created a Twitch account just for this occasion and I watched about the half of the whole stream.
I actually don't think black cars are harder to see in the game — I can usually spot them just fine, even in Tokyo. I just think black is a good color for most cars, and that's especially true for two-tone cars like the LaFerrari: That one looks like a failed customization experiment in red/black, but I love it in black/black. I suspect the same will apply to the P1. That said, if Asphalt 8 still had custom colors like older Asphalt versions did, all my Aston Martins and Bentleys would be green. Red is probably going to be the default color for the Testarossa — it's the color they showed in the video.
That, kind sir, won't stop me from being an obsessive freak, clicking other colors and painting it red again just to admire the beauty. But I remember when I used to put in the "all cars black" cheat in Vice City, the Cheetah looked really cool that way too.
