If I remember right I was not leading you toward this car but may be the Sesto as a car to put in the "must have" garage...Do not fear thought it will be of use down the road and you should enjoy it. Now you did say that it is slower that your FXX? Do you mean it what respect, because the agrea will out run the fxx even with no nitro in place... Might loose the accel part but wont take long and you will run down and fxx and leave it looking for food in short order? I have maxed just about everything I own and the game in not ruined for me...just my .02
Yea I just thought that a car worth 375k would do so much more than one costing 115k. I am talking about comparing in the Tokyo cup which is on now. My lvl 1 upgrades FXX did 1.42mins with 20 tries and the agera with like 150k spend on upgrades just does 1.37? So freaking mad I ve just spend 500k for 5 secs.
Why? It isn't even competitive if you don't cash out another 300k to upgrade it right? I still get smashed on online races and it still is not even good enough to get good prizes at cups?

Oh it is competitive but the Lykan has now made it a little less so in that class of cars. Racing online in those cars is going to be a massive challenge to stay consistent now matter the car my friend. I was just trying to let you know that it is money that is not lost later on down the road. but like I originally said, I would have spent my money on the Sesto out of the cars that you had mentioned a while back Edit: Keep this in mind too, the Lykan being as high a price tag as it is would disappoint you too. Every step up in cars with in class.... in this game will be small and not massive differences. It is basically the quickest/fastest car in the game but it is not going to run 5 seconds quicker on all the tracks than the Agera...maybe some but not all... Now 5 seconds at the end of the day is a lot of time in this game. Just look at the leader board of any tournament. Again good luck
Tokyo cup Did anyone beat Tokyo cup (which just ended) below 01:30? If yes, what car was used and what route? My best lap with maxed Agera and both boosters was 01:30:191. Doh! After tunnel I went under the robot to get the yellow nitro and then left path, but still no luck beating 01:30. How do you do that?
I just ran my two cars (FXX & Agera) maxed no boosters in Alps to see what the actual difference would be. It's basically 1.5 seconds advantage Agera R.... Like I said Metalman... 5 seconds is a lot of time.
Yup Lykan boosted 1.27.895 Stay left right out of the tunnel and get blue as you do a super quick drift turn to get head left. Spin off the last jump inside the buildings and that gets you full to finish under triple boost and use up all the havoc on the left along the way.
After Tokyo cup I basically gave up trying to max Agera. Saving up for Lykan will (i) keep me occupied for a little longer (ii) prevent disappointments like this in the future. Agera updated 5-4-4-5 with both boosts, couldn't do better than 1:34. Perhaps could have shaved off another second - since I haven't really tamed this car yet - but no more than that. What do you think? I currently have 226k. Should I go Lykan? Also, when was this fabulous amazing new update due? It looks like a new track and a new dodge challenger, though I really hope for more surprises.
What is your status in finishing the game? What do you want the Lykan for? When I ask this I am wondering if it is for multi player, or close out of S class races in the seasons...just for fun and so on. What other cars do you have already? I have the Lykan because I had everything else already and a ton of credits just doing nothing when it was available. So for me I did not hesitate. but since it is a huge chunk of coin when your balance is not in the millions that alot of other factors would be in play IMO Edit: Also how much do you play? That would matter on how quickly you can recoup coin counts
In S class I have FXX, Gta Spano, RUF, Agera, Veneno and Bugatti. I don't feel like buying Silver Lightning because it looks hard to control. At this point I don't even care about the Mercedes stars because 325k is too much for obnoxiously poor handling. Just wanna have fun. If Lykan is fun, I can muster up the other half of the money.
So with the St. Patrick's Day cup the 599XX is 20% off. Is it worth it? And which Lotus can run with the Survolts and stand a chance, the Exige or Evora Enduro? And I've heard from Running Bird that the ATS is "a safe bet". Mine is a consistent performer in MP, but what spec is the "safe bet" in? Oh, and weird thing that happened to me while trying to flat spin off that barrel roll ramp in Iceland: I succeeded and landed back on the road, but was treated to the car exploding 1 second later. What's up with that? Or was it because I was in a D class car (the 370Z)?
same map of google play's 2nd birthday cup. I' m stuck @ 01:09 with the lycan. . 01:16:494 with 599xx . How's possible to finish the map @ 01:13 with 599 and 01:06 with the lycan ???????????????
I would have to say yes to the 599 being worth it. I would take the Exige if I was going to try and run with Survolts with one of the Lotus...but I don't know how well it will do in the end? Survolts for the rank are very hard to beat. Safe bet is maxed and both boosters As for the barrel jump, you must have had a rare mishap....lots of things can happen thought... I have had them all but hey are all fairly rare. I take that jump like that every time. Just stay high and usually it is good. But in slow cars like D class when I go off, in the air I steer back toward the road immediately to avoid the dirt all together.
I am not sure what map you are running the Lykan on, but it is possible to run high 1.13's in the 599..I feel it... but it will take a perfect run in many ways. The run I have up I had one going.....but ran short of nitro to the finish line. If I had just a little more bar left... I would have had a high 1.13 of some nature I think.
To expand on Turbo 343's reply, you don't need it for career mode, but the car is a lot of fun in multiplayer. Case in point, I've recently reinstalled Asphalt 8 on my phone and started a new career there to avoid iPhone vs. iPad vs. iCloud synchronization issues, and a mid-level upgraded 599XX is currently my favorite multiplayer car on the phone. (If you see Sneaking Bird in multiplayer, say hi!) What Turbo 343 said. If you're in a fully upgraded and boosted ATS, the only car that can beat you is a fully upgraded and boosted ATS that starts in front of you.
