It would also be cool to have a level with an opening drawbridge--you could go straight across or it could be a jump once it opens. But it wouldn't open so much that it could make you crash... That would be too complicated.
Also, a question for Ryan -- Will the Windows 8 version ever be updated so that it includes the time limited events, multiplayer mode with win streaks and prizes, etc? I actually like playing it on my laptop more, but not when I can't access the best parts of the game.
I was board this morning and reading back in older posts and had run across this...which I had read originally but never noticed the link for some reason. I've found that among the B and A class cars, the Survolt (duh), the 599xx, the Marusa B2, the Mclaren, and the LaFerrari are all great choices for multiplayer. A lot of this depends on upgrade levels however. For most of these, I find that I get the best results when I max acceleration, get ~2 handling and nitro upgrades, and leave top speed alone. Top speed increases the ranking of the car too much. I see some people who do well with maxed Mustangs, but that seems like a poor choice to me as the acceleration is lousy. I liked the Survolt a lot more before I maxed it. Now that it's maxed, I tend to get paired almost exclusively with other maxed Survolts The Elemento is probably good too, but I maxed mine and I see too many hackers at that ranking level. Always racing with full boosts is key if you want to come in first every time.
Dont let stats fool you. They are not always as they seam. I see that not all the statistic values are carved in rock per say. I have cars that perform better than the spec sheet says it will. Mustang actually has good acel, I think it is worst stat at max level is nitro life. Other than that it is a strong car. Under boosts it gets little speed over higher ranked cars too.The previous Iceland tourny I ran the time I had posted in this car over the better ones believe it or not.
I get what you're saying about the numerical stat not telling the whole story, but just driving the Mustang I think it has bad acceleration compared to better options in the same ranking range. My Mclaren has a lower rank and can easily toast it off the line, for example. My 599xx has over 100 points less rank and toasts it as well.
Maybe so, but I was not saying that it is better, but the total stat of that car in some cases and tracks will out run the mentioned cars. That was was my total point if you were going of the spec sheet alone and not driving. Now the McLaren was not in my comparison. But I could run the time trial faster boosted in the mustang rather than the 599 was really my point and just not to count it out over the course of a whole run. Cheers

Hey guys.. been playing this game for a while now.. Recently started playing tournaments, after completing the single player campaign mode.. The ongoing tournament is Lamborghini Cup.. beat the race in 1:09 mins and even got to a personal best of 1:05 mins with the car maxed out and applying both the boosters.. But still struggling to get anywhere close to the Top 1000. A few have completed one lap in less than 52 seconds.. have they hacked the game or are there any shortcuts? PLease help..
I have not yet run it... I will later on... You should be able to maybe reach lets say around 1.2 ish tops but all those top 100 are hacked for sure trust me on that! Welcome
