Killjoy, everything in the game is improved. And when I say everything, I mean everything. Engine sounds to my ear are extraordinarily good and have a range of sounds as opposed to one sound recycled or re pitched. High revving, gear gnashing engines in which you can actually hear the difference in each car. Handling is just a different planet altogether to A7. Its realistic, but it is very arcade. Everything is controllable but it is tuned for drama. Excellent for the type if game it is. Its not sim realistic, but if favourably compares pretty well with just about any arcade racer on any platform. The control is the key element. Here, you're controlling the car rather than the other way round. There's loads more I could say, but I'll keep it simple. I know you're getting it killjoy but anybody out there on the fence about getting it, get off and get it. It is the most fun I've had with a game in a long time. Its just tremendous fun that's visually amazing, great soundtrack (both engine and music), just an amazing amount of variety on even the same track (shortcuts and alternate routes all over the place), huge amount of content and replayabilty. Its just great fun and the most entertaining racer on iOS so far. And hugely addictive. And I'm sure better will come along down the line (and I don't want to sound too biased or fanatic about it) but it has set an extremely high benchmark. And its just pure fun, the most important part in any arcade racer to my mind.

Please don't hurt my ghost too much when you get it. I've a good few times put up on my normal gamecenter account in the first championship. I reckons they'll be relatively easy to beat but I put up a tidy old drift number on one of them that should be a bit of a challenge for now. (Hopefully)

Why Gamecenter? I have like four friends on GC, Lol. My old account got hacked (I have no idea how). The times can be saved with GLL, though, right? I try to avoid the energy drinks in times such as these. They make me crazy and I get really pissed off at the AI
It doesn't work like that, it will release simultaneously in the US. 11pm eastern standard time, 1 hour less for each time zone west of that.
I was literally JUST about to ask this, so instead ill just quote it and think the answer given is for me and me alone. Haha
I've only seen the gamecenter or Facebook log in for cloud saves. Which I think saves the ghost times as well. Haven't seen a Gameloft live log in yet but it is the live servers that handles the online multiplayer part. Looks like gamecenter or Facebook is the social and friends element. I'll find out more in the morning if I get a chance but it looks like gamecenter is the way to go.
