After asphalt 8 , they continue to make Asphalt 9,10,11,.... EVERY YEAR ? 8 is a quite high number for a title :v (unless it's Call of Duty) . So ..... I have an idea : make a game like need for speed most wanted 2012, open world would be awesome because i havent played any open world racing game on mobile before. . I dont really care how much gb of the game , i really want an open world with cops fooling around . So please , dont make another asphalt , make a brand new game !
Open world games are incredibly hard to make. It do that, they would need to make a lot of sacrifices in track design, environment, car models, etc since essentially the entire game world has to be running at all times. (See- races in gangstar series) and they wouldn't be able to have the same variety in tracks, because it has to all take place in a single city. Maybe at a later time, when the hardware can successfully pull it off, but for now I think I'm ok with asphalt X.

Thanks to you too. I'm kinda thinking it is not releasing really soon, I would think any major game release would want to release an official game date to build up alot of hype. So it is looking pretty doubtful that it will release really soon (ie next week), but this is pure speculation on my part, and Gameloft has made it clear that no release date is set yet, and that they are still making improvements to the game. May there be an Asphalt 100 soon!
Gameloft has also proven that releasing a game without an actual release date is something that they like to do. Gangstar Vegas came out on a Saturday morning, without any form of release date, so while I agree with you about it not coming soon, It may be within this month.
