thank God someone from gameloft is here so we have info, all I need to know of course if it's possible is, will this game be available to download this month, that's all I need to know because, tellin the truth, I've been waiting since february when the Asphalt 8:Infinity trailer was announced, pleaase

Disappointing, not only because A8 isnt coming yet, but also since Aug 8th seems void of good releases save 1 guy who wears shorts, now carries a grappling hook.

 

Yeah, and I hope Mikey still has Wimp's Panties on his head too. But that is a game worth getting, I am sure.

There isn't any good releases coming out and was anxiously waiting for 2 good titles. Now I have to suit for the Mikey game. Never played the first one. The second one looks good though.

 

And an "official" tA editor main page posting they didn't bother to correct:

When Ryan first came to this thread he made this comment about the release date: ''We are doing our best to get it out to you as soon as it's done! However, there is a date floating around this thread. I believe herobeso posted it''. Herobeso had said that the release date would be 8/8...
So imo i think that the first date in Gameloft minds was 8/8 and just the release postponed because of bugs fixing or maybe a new marketing plan... Maybe they are trying to polish the game a better as they can, to run good in every device the game will support or they decide that 8/8 is a more ''summer holiday'' date and because this isn't a game you can download through 3G, an other date would be fit better. Who knows...

For some reason, I have a feeling Asphalt 8 is coming out today. I call it the 8/8 theory. It's the 8th day of the 8th month, and it's the 8th entry of Asphalt's racing series. So it makes sense that it could possibly come out tonight. We can only have our fingers crossed.

 

I think shock release Friday. Like gangstar Vegas.

They never give us a release date. In fact, I don't recall Gameloft ever giving us a release date on anything. All they do is promise a new game will come soon.
