Shots fired! I dunno, based on what I've seen Killjoy seems to be pretty cut throat when it comes to racing and dominating. Should be good competition!

So basically I'll setup a channel using Twitch.tv and would post the link in here for you all to check out. We'd also do some promotion on our end through FB, Twitter, etc. and then I'd play Asphalt 8 probably for an hour or so.

I'd play all of the different modes that are available to show off game features, show off some of the newer tracks that we have and just give people an in-depth preview of the game, something you might not be able to get in a setting like E3 or from a quick 2 minute YouTube video.

The live-stream is just something I'll do, so no limit on participants, anyone can drop by and watch/chat on the Twitch channel. In terms of if you get in any of the multiplayer races I do, I can't make any promises due to matchmaking. I know for a fact I will be using my iPad to stream so it'll be on iOS.

I also am not planning on doing any contests/rewards for this live-stream but it is something to keep in mind for the future. I will have to talk to some higher-ups and see what can be done for other events.

Yep, that is my understanding.

 

Can't you use youtube for the live stream or no?

 

We could. The main draw for Twitch though is the chat is much more fluid and allows for better interaction, the create highlight options for video exporting and also the hardware we will use comes with built in Twitch/JustinTV support.

 

Will the game support iPod 4?

 

If it does it'll probably suck on i4 lol.

 

Any chance this will work on a first generation ipad? I have a third generation ipad and an iphone 4S, so am sure I can play it, but my brother uses my old ipad 1.
