Why not have both ? Simple . The more cars the better don't forget the future will always have classic / vintage cars and muscle cars .
Don't kid yourself. The thing about concepts is they're basically not real which makes them incredibly boring.
After playing crysis 3, these graphics seem like they won't hurt me eyes as much.... I can't tell if thats good or bad.
...which were both great classic games. So why not mix add in some muscle. If asphalt comes anywhere near the level of fun those games had, it will be a tremendous success. But yeah. Muscle for the win. I'd kill for a 67' mustang, as long as its done right.
Hell yeah. My uncles coworker has one. It's just beautiful. My favorite ever muscle is the '70 charger. Any game that includes that car in its lineup tends to get my money. But yeah, you damn well better do it right. This conversation has made me want to reinstall Driver.

For the last god damn time, this game doesn't use Gamecenter. And I don't think A8 needs a defense squad. Lol
There are tons of options for speedy cars, which have different perks such as handling, braking, acceleration so I can't really say which will be the OVERALL fastest, it'll definitely depend on the type of driver you are. Personally, I'm someone who prefers cars with above average handling and fast acceleration, allowing me to put in work on sharp corners and narrow parts of tracks. If you are looking for the fastest car speedwise, I'm not 100% sure yet because I haven't driven every car. Being in the US, we localize the speeds to miles per hour (mph) so I topped out around 200mph without nitro. Add in the speed boosts and it varies depending on where you are on the track! Sorry if I missed some questions this weekend, I'm back in the office now!
Yeah I noticed it was your signature and think it's a great quote for a racing thread haha. Shake and bake actually comes from the movie with Will Ferrell, Talladega Nights: The Ballad of Ricky Bobby and it was a catchphrase that Ricky had with his racing partner. They also said "If you aren't first, you're last." It's a very quotable movie!
I enjoy looking at both, but if I had to pick one to drive...I think I'd go with a classic muscle car. My dad always talked about doing restorations on cars when he was growing up and how much fun it was to drive some classic American muscle cars and I think it'd be fun to feel the power that is under the hood. Prototype cars are neat to look at, but I think I'd be afraid to drive too fast in one for fear of it falling apart!
