1) definitely a space shuttle launch 2) no idea. Looks like the batmobile... 3) I'm gonna go with Cape Canaveral, FL. It would explain both the palm trees and the shuttle launch.
The car looks a bit like a Mercedes Benz Silver Arrow concept car (I wold have put a picture but I can't work out how to copy AND paste it on the iPod).

Yeah, it's a relatively obscure one that dates back to nov 2011, which is a long time in concept car years. Must be like dog years.
In all seriousness this really looks like a winner. I just hope the driving physics are a bit better than A-7. From the looks of the vids it seems to be the case, but one can never tell until you get hands on time with it. In any case I'll be all over this when it releases whenever.
