Dev Diary Asphalt 8 Infinity GameLoft company soon will present a new version of Asphalt 8 for Android OS. On the official website of the game so far little information, but still the first news she decided to publish it. Legendary application Asphalt, we know that since the old phone with no operating system will be released in a new guise. Developers have added to the game many new locations, vehicles, vinyl, different types of tuning, championships and many other nice pieces. The gameplay of the game remains the same, just without a plot. You need to run the racetrack, get bonus points and rewards that you can spend on upgrades and the purchase of new cars. First and most importantly, what to look out for - is the graphics. Detailing will be at the highest level, the creators have tried for a long time on this release to surprise you. Indeed, Asphalt 8 is very different from its predecessors. The race will be on a new engine and will be able to maintain its many devices. Control of the game remain the same, but the manufacturers have made every effort to conduct car on the road. Now turn your vehicle will be much more convenient. In the settings you can choose from two modes of control: steering (turn your device) and touch screen (pressing the fingers on the screen.) link video : http://v.youku.com/v_show/id_XNDk4MDczMjIw.html
Finally real physics. I'm definitely interested. Graphics don't look up to par with NFS, but if they can offer as good physics and more game modes/variety then I'd gladly pay the asking price. Just no freemium, A7's system was perfect! Lol I think it's just his style - more casual.
I wants a Nova 4 dev diary. Also, is Asphalt 7 not new? I think came out few month ago. Not they make one new one year?
Awesomesauce! They mention freedom twice in the video. Does that mean...it's finally............ OPEN WORLD????!!!!
It definetly didn't look like it in the parts of the video where they showed the game. But hey, if adding propper physics means that they have to make new tracks instead of taking half of them from the last game, then I'm all for this new feature!
The game can be larger than 2GB uncompressed - it's just the actual compressed file that you download that needs to be under 2 GB. The Walking Dead, for instance, is 2.6 GB and MC4 is a little over 2 GB uncompressed I believe.
Are there any day time tracks? The video doesn't show any, and to be honest, I'm bored of the typical night time - raining racing games.
The in game footage does look pretty sweet. Didn't notice any car damage but physics will be a massive boost to the game. Looks to be a very nice selection of cars. And a nice 3d garage. Another instabuy. I've a feeling this is going to be an expensive year considering some of the games that are coming.
True. Going to be cheap gaming overall. A lot of premium games at premium (for iOS) prices on my list at the minute. Which still makes me glad. I hope premium is making a proper return.
They should add in some sort of crash mode, like Burnout. That would be really great. Maybe even another game mode like road rage.
YEP! Impressive... Pro Job! Except by the 360 tunnel (0:25) Absolutely unreal and maybe... it can ruin the game!
