Not really, but when I saw your self-righteous posts on this thread, I just couldn't resist. Thank you!
upgraded car stats full list Hi everyone, I've made a spreadsheet with all the ingame car statistics of all the fully upgraded cars of Asphalt 7. I hope you find it useful in selecting the best car for your race and style of driving. Note the speed units are metric (km/h, not mph). https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0AnGPEm5RXp3NdDFNUE1SY0FOczRhTm5US1ZYeS1zSVE PM me if you find any errors. Don't PM about spelling errors. I've used the exact names as Gameloft does, including their caps and accents. Unless I've made a typo somewhere.
Hey, thanks, now I know what cars to look forward to once I get some time to play the game more. Didn't realize a Delorean was so slow, thought they were kind of fast cars. And I guess my favorite car, the Bugatti, is the fastest, geez, look forward to playing in it one of these days.
You're welcome! Gameloft shoud've added some special effects to the DoLorean when going 88 MPH. The Bugatti is fast, but I prefers the Ferrari FXX Evo for some tracks because it holds the nitro longer. If you need money, I recommended playing multiplayer elimination. Up to $300.000 winning a race. Easy money.
You can actually edit the .cfg file you are speaking of then multiply that number x2 and run it at native resolution on the iPad 3 but .... Its a total slideshow . You can edit some other things in the config in the default section to help alleviate the slowdown but nothing i would call as playable as the stock way they give it to us. Still its fun to mess around with if you are bored .
First check the definition of "self-righteous", then read more than just the last posts of mine (at least I brought something in, not just popped up and went yadda yadda yadda like you) in this thread, then ponder at your own.. stupidity? I'll leave it up to you what to call it :> Good job! I'll let you know. The interesting spots are especially nitro concentration.. Tho not only. Anybody found out a real change in Armor upgrades? Answering some a bit old question.. The Dodge Charger ("Police") does not blink or anything when nitro'd. That is, with a JB on iOS device. In case of Android root is not needed (tho still easier and useful as ever).
I don't know how long it takes to finish a6, but if you want to delete a6 without losing all your progress, here is my solution: 1. Go to http://itools.hk/cms/webpage12.htm, download this software called itools. 2. Connect your device to your computer and launch itools. 3. On itools interface, select your device, then applications, find asphalt 6, click document manage button on the right side. 4. Drag "Documents" and "Library" folders into your backup folder on your computer. 5. There gonna be 2 dialog boxes popping up, says some .plist files can't be copied to your computer, those are 2 apple system files which have nothing to do with your progress, so just skip them by click yes and keep copying other files. 6. Done. Delete a6. If you want to pick up a6 again someday and restore your progress, just re-install a6, then drag those two folders from your computer back to where they came from in itools. That's it , no JB needed, I backup all my game saves this way, it works perfectly.
You can increase the resolution and still have a smooth performance on ipad 3. Remove the fps cap, turn msaa off and mostly important: ————— <device name="ipad_3" parent="high"> <attributes> <float name="render_target_screen_ratio" value="0.907106781" /> <!-- 0.707106781 ratio of half the screen pixels (sqrt(y*y/2)) --> ————— replace those lines with the existing ones in the configfile. (those damn symbols fuc*k all up, replace only the "value="09..." line!) Ps: how to turn of those f*cking symbols/emoticoms?? They f*uck up my posts!
Super Sleuth... Does anybody have a list of the "hidden"shortcuts. completed every race and unlocked everything but I still can't seem to get the "Super Sleuth" trophy. I've found the following ones: Tokyo - head off to the right after the train at the end of the train track shortcut Nassau - ramp just before the car park Miami - ramp up onto the rail tracks New York - ramp onto the rail tracks (not the most secret....) I've gone back and forth through all the levels but can not find any other shortcuts... Any ideas?
Finally decided to clear up enough space for this sucker. Been wanting it since it came out, but didn't have the heart to part with quite a few games to make room for it. Well, I was playing A6 today and decided WTF, I'm going for it. Many painful deletions later and I'm astounded. I still can't believe Gameloft released this for $.99. I love A6 and love this one even more so far and the IAPs seem completely needless. Great game and I would have been more than willing to pay a premium price for it based on the lack of required IAPs (granted, I'm early in the game, but seems to be pretty much on par with A6 as far as earning money, upgrades, etc). I dislike Gameloft for some of it's habits, but this is one series that they've done right.
Awp69, I agree with everything you say. This is my favorite non sale 99 cent game ever. Now I like Gameloft. I like Electronic arts too for their 99 cent sales for their hd games. Guess the big name companies are getting better. Now, I wonder when Asphalt 8 will be out... Just kidding!
Yeah. Absolutely best iOS game for action and racing fans. The price is a steal. IAPs are strictly optional, you wont need them. We played it for hours and days in local multiplayer. These days our favorite track is Miami and preferred car is Ferrari FF. And we made an interesting observation: When we play with iPad 1 and iPad 3 the guy with the 3rd gen. device has clearly an advantage (same car, same race, same upgrades). Not only the graphics are better and sharper, no surprise, but even the steering and handling is clearly more precise. This was not so apparent with Asphalt 6: Adrenaline. In my gang we have to guys who will buy an iPad 3 only because of this game. Its really a shame that there wasnt a tA editors review until now. For some friends and me its simply the best game of all time and all consumer software platforms.
