I initially started the game somewhat disliking it. It looked nice, but I was having a hard time coming to grips with the controls. However, I gave it time and made it through the first sets of races, bought better cars and learned got more comfortable with the controls and the drift mechanic. For an Arcade Racer, this game is really fun! The drifting actually feels pretty manageable and the sense of speed is intense. It really reminds me of the days of the Rush and Cruisin' days and is really fun to play. I think if you take if for what it was meant to be, you will enjoy it. It's a good thrill ride and not meant to be taken too seriously.
It's all the same like Asphalt 5. No better graphics, no new game at all... If they have used Unreal Engine....
It's too much the same as asphalt 5, I was hoping for some cool game modes like tag or some shit like that. *note to self wait before buying*
Hence why I'm asking. I didn't see that info. Don't be a d1ck. If you don't like what I wrote, just simply ignore it.
Lmao, during the slow-down cutscenes when I eliminate another racer it shows my car's front wheels turned almost 90 degrees..
Anybody fighting the tilt controls on iPhone 3G, too? I haven´t found a sensitivity setting that feels like i´m in control of the car. Any suggestions? On the other hand, same version plays fine on iPad. Maybe it´s not optimized for old devices........
For me personally it's the best racer app for our devices. The prettiest tracks, best supercars, most fun to play. I own both versions (iPad, iPhone) and all other HQ racers. I favor it over RR2 until Firemint fixes it. A good opportunity to grab it now.
WTF? Is this Hot Wheels? Gameloft, take note from games like RR2. These graphics are over the top, and look horrible.
Downloaded, and saw the size is close to 1 gb. Damn you gameloft. Should tell in description. Played, and dislike this game, waste of space and money.
BOught yesterday. mmm, I prefer this than real racing. Real Racing is frustrating hahaha. I like real racing but this is fun. RR 2 is more casual sort of racing game. wait, I don't say that RR 2 is bad but I enjoy this much than RR2.
I take back what i said before. After several hours wasting time playing this, starting to like it. Control feels awkward first time but i got used to it now. And yeah, no map, thats suck. Overall this is improvement of A5, esp elimination mode.
