Like I said, they've been testing the waters to see if sales were worthwhile. Now that they've been established in the Appstore, they can afford to put more work into these games. I expect that things will get crazy next year.
Looks pretty good. Hopefully the price is reasonable, like Gangstar and Modern Combat. I think Real Racing is overrated.
OMG. The opening cinematic is so cheesy! "You're a hottie with mad skills" LOL! I'm guessing this game will be relased on WTF.
lol, NFS SHIFT is supposed to be a sim, and it is. I tried the mobile version of SHIFT and it's a sim.
I'm hoping this game plays similarly to Burnout, what a rush those games were (before the open world bullshit of course).
Blasphemy! Open world is brilliant. Burnout Paradise is the best racing game on any platform. But yeah, Road Rage with slow-motion crashes would be cool.
It can't be 'way better than this' because it only has cars And lets be honest, who wants to drive fat, ugly, slow cars? 2 wheels FTW!
That's kind of what I'm thinking. NFS Shift probably won't even have online multiplayer. Or the option for manual acceleration for that matter.
I like having it because it allows you to have more control over your vehicle and makes the game feel more realistic. For example, with automatic acceleration, you can't lay off the gas at all. You are always either: A - accelerating flat out, or B - breaking flat out. With manual acceleration, you have more control because you can do a mix of accelerating, breaking and cruising/rolling. But I don't think NFS: Shift will have automatic acceleration, it is supposed to be more of a racing sim so therefore it should have manual acceleration.
i didn't like the asphalt 4 controls i think ,the best asphalt game was street rules on mobile phone. And asphalt 5 controls looks like crap , too. soory, but it's my thoughts
