I'm reporting a technical issue with 1.1 whether or not I have the expansion on my iTouch 2G. When attempting to double tap and acquire/defeat the cards in the middle row, I can't do anything with them except for the card on the very left, and the adjacent card over to the right. I can't even play the game correctly since I can't drag or anything with the other cards. The second card on the left also only reacts if I tap two cards down to the right which makes no sense. I reinstalled to see if the add-on was a problem, but with or without it, I can not touch the majority of the cards in the middle row.. sad face. Please fix asap. Can't even play offline.. Edit: The top row is affected too. Can only aquire the Mystic. Heavy Infantry does not respond to my touch, double-tap, drag, anything, as well as the Cultist.
Question. Purchased the expansion on my iphone 4 (ios 5), synced the apps to my laptop via itunes, synced my ipad with my laptop. Opened ascension in my ipad (ios 4), the expansion was not there, the button "purchase return of the fallen" was there. What happen? Paid already
When you click to purchase it a second time for your Ipad, a box will come up saying you had already bought it and can download it again for free.
IAPs don't sync between devices, unless you're doing a complete backup from one device to another. On your iPad, you can "repurchase" the IAP. It will prompt you to buy the content again, but as long as you use the same Apple ID, you will not be billed again. When you push the Buy button and enter your password, it will tell you that you can download the content for free since you've already purchased it. This works because the game is universal.
I logged on this morning to start games with the 10-15 regulars I normally compete against (and mostly lose to if my pathetic lifetime stats are correct), and all of my friends were gone. How do I recreate my list?
Same with me. I reinstalled, looked at the new pack and loved it ... But all nicks are gone! Plus the stats are wrong, but this does nt matter!

Looks like the update has introduced some gremlins; hope they get fixed soon. I thought the Cultist had escaped from the Card Gallery, then I found him skulking in the Monsters section. What a great update (content-wise); 31 new cards for about the same price as a real-life TCG booster pack. The pricing is spot on. I also wish there was an option to revert back to the previous music. I love the new music (it's more sedate and contemplative), but it would be nice to be able to switch between the tracks for a bit of variation.
Updated and bought the expansion the minute I reach home earlier. Now having games with currymutton and KK. Will challenge FPE too!
I am free to be challenged by anybody, I am back into the mood (hence I might play better then my last days ) ... but the expansion has really nice cards that change the game considerably! New options, new effects. Cool monsters to steal honors even! If only I could see all contacts in the game, weird bug
I apologize to the 2 or 3 of you who started games with me this morning with a short time fuse. I keep getting knocked out of the server and it takes me several attempts to get back in. Is anyone else having server issues?
I need to try connection twice before connecting and no more storage of friends names (hence I cannot create any game!)
I added you cprloe specifically to play, but i am experiencing exactly the same issue, where i have to log in twice and then have no gamecentre friends i must really love this game if all these troubles have not deterred me from trying tho!
Expansion is great as are the new additions, but I'm bummed that there is still no in-game chat. I hope they'll get to adding that some time soon. Still, super happy to have the first expansion and am looking forward to others. Also like the new time limit options though I'm not clear yet on what happens if somebody goes over the time limit. Anything? Oh, and all my ongoing games were lost after the update, but I'm OK with that. I wanted to play with expansion.
I'm sure there is a good reason (server integrity, anti-cheating, hung games, who knows), but dang, this game is just about perfect. Griffin611, whoever you are, sorry for withdrawing before the game started. I'm uber busy and will take turns throughout the day every day, but I can't have a 30 minute timer unless it's at night. I believe I read somewhere they receive a forfeit, aka loss. Edit- courtesy of boardgamegeek: "A new profile feature now shows your overall record including in progress games, completed games, win-loss records for 2P, 3P, and 4P, and forfeits. You get a forfeit when your game clock expires. It does not appear that you can view other player's profiles. Feel free to share your own here!"
