Yes it is! You will enjoy another Incinerator hit. Being part of the Plaid Hat crew, I got to see the SW app in action at Gencon and I can attest that it is a fantastic app. Instant purchase on day one.

Franz, would you like to have a game? My GC ID is griffin611.

Summoner Wars?! Never heard of it, but please make sure there is a thread up when it is available!

Some how I lost my first online match when I was suppose to win. I had 30+ honor points while the opponent had 17ish. In the end the game results showed that he had 87 points and blue glow around his star while mine was the same. How the fk did this happen? He also took forever to do his turns as if he was trying to make me leave...

Are you asking how the totals came about? Or how you lost a tie?

Your final total comes from two sources: the visible points everyone can see, plus the point-value of all the cards in your hand at the end of the game. Those are the numbers inside the star at the lower left.

It sounds like you should review the rulebook. The version in the game is fine; the full rules are also available at http://bit.ly/r4EOB3

Same here. Plus some of us have families, work, grad school, or all three. :)

That was one heck of a good game. I thought I was doomed.

I'm sending you a GC invite — your shot at revenge is at hand!

This is part of the "beauty" of the game. One simply does not win by "visible" points (or on table) alone. Gathering points through card acquisition is also important and can reverse the tide some time. Depends on how your opponent(s) do, it is safer to have at least 20+ points lead on "table". If one happens to lose 30+ points on table alone, it is very hard for one to win.

Keep in mind I'm in Euro timezone (GMT+1) so it could be a while before we are both online at the same time, but we can have as many async games as you like

Thanks for the invite Duke, i'll try to revenge myself! :D

Oh and Summoner Wars will be a day 1 purchase for me too, cant wait for it!

Thanks for the answer :) btw anyone have any tips or advice on how to exactly play? I know how to "play" but actually dont realize what I'm doing. Any strategy or things I should be on the look out for when playing?

    Thanks :)

I just picked this one up recently and I'm really digging it. That's saying a lot because I normally don't like card games - like Magic, etc - very much.

I have a message for the morons who create games in the lobby, then do nothing when someone actually joins the game:

    Dear morons,

    You are morons.

    haha, happens a lot.

On a side note. I am just downright terrible at this game. I can't seem to formulate any type of strategies and I pretty much lose all of the time. :( I have only played online games. But probably played about 50 of them. and I don't think I have a won a third of the time.

Damn Camzee. Good game. You beat me 73-72. I thought for sure I pulled it out at the end. I made the mistake of playing the Tablet one turn too early.

And then there are the ones who create games and then forfeit them after you do 1-2 rounds. :p

I haven't had any forfeits yet, but I have been playing hardcore regulars.

By the way, you destroyed me a couple of games ago, Art. Nice work.

What i dont understand in multiplayer is that sometime seems like i play by myself while my opponent doesnt play at all. And at end of the game, definetely i get very high scores n he gets low scores.

    What happen actually?

Heh heh, yeah, that was a pretty amazing score - thanks. So now we're doing 2 games at once eh? Hope I can keep them straight. :p

That sounds like a forfeit. After you finish your turn, does it go right back to you for another turn? And is the player name red? That means the player forfeited. If it's just a 2 player game, you might as well forfeit at that point too (eh, unless you LIKE playing with yourself.. :D)
