The big numbers are overall score (Qt3 = orange, TA = green). Top three players are determined by number of wins with ties broken by first tossing the high and low differentials for each player, then totaling the rest.
I had the same question about RoV and asked at PAX East. You shuffle in 30 treasure cards, not all of them. I.e. RoV is considered a "large expansion" even if it is the base game being used. However, the person I asked, one of the demoers, suggested using 25 instead, as otherwise they felt it got a bit ridiculous. I haven't tried 25 yet, but I am going to be mixing in all my promo cards to try to water down the deck a little. Also, yes, when you play a Treasure card your Energy level goes up by one AND you draw a card. There's no downside to Treasure cards... which may be a problem with them. It does make it feel like the main focus now is Treasure and Energy (and cards that use it). Further, Energy isn't spent, so you can use it multiple times in a turn (it does reset at end of turn, though). However I've only played twice. It may help to mix in another set, or at least promo cards, and/or reduce the number of Treasures. I'm going to play some more tonight and will be mixing in all my promo cards at the least.

It's all over once these matches are done, except for the top three from each side going one-on-one to see if TA can snatch victory!
Aww that stinks I want to play the other guys as Qt3. How come its not two rounds where we can face everyone? maybe next time

Having had the pleasure to play ArtFoundry in person with the expansion last Friday it is true that this new expansion is all about the energy and energizing mechanic, especially when playing it stand alone. However, since this new mechanic will not really add much to previous sets/expansions, it would seem that you're esentially deciding how big a role energy will play based on how many other sets you mix into the setup (all the treasure energy i the world means little in a hand made otherwise of original set cards).
