Hey pjft, you've been class all the way through, cheers man. I will quickly ask if anybody planning to play in the interforum tourney would like to fill in for pjft for warmup purposes. However, pjft, your pace has been fine and we can easily give you your 3rd round opponent and go woth the same conditions. If you can finish your games in a reasonable time, it's great and if not, we just give the matchup to your opponent. I think its working out great overall!
Ok, fine by me Keep me in the loop then. I can also try to play 3 matches in parallel, if my opponent is willing to. I can understand it might be confusing and and not as fun than playing them in sequence, so I will not push for it. Just playing the matches is fun for me!

Good games! I thought you played it wrong in the last game though. You had first pick, and you picked Druids of the Stone Circle! That card is like the worst. You did well with the attacking constructs after that and the monsters fell kindly for you, but you were always up against it from that point on.
Really I use Druids all the time and it works well for my strategy. It helps to build up a deck fast usually but then it does hurt you later on since it's taking up spot for a different card. Several ppl think the same on the ascension forums. http://www.ascensiongame.com/board/topic?f=4&t=37. Yeah I did get lucky with the monsters but you got pretty lucky with the constructs as well. It was a pretty weird game, definitely a monsters vs constructs type of game. Feel free to play me again anytime I enjoyed it.

Haha yep, I was hoping badly to use the Tablet for G1 but the game ended quickly with all the cards we had.
The reason it's the worst card to get early on is because it's a deck bloater AND a standalone card. Ascension is at its best when all your cards work together fluidly. Like the Unite effect on Lifebound. Druids doesn't work WITH anything, so if you get 4 apprentices and a Druids, with a Snapdragon on the board, you'd be better off getting another apprentice instead. Also, it bloats your deck with plain Mystics and Infantry which stifle the deck shuffling ability. Yeah sure, we'll keep playing! I'll invite and we'll play with promos just to differentiate it from the tournament setting.
