Good game last night camzy. My mechana just tipped me over. If anyone here wants to add me on GC go ahead: Talbs85 Maybe just say your from TA
Don't use this thread for add me requests, That's why we have an Add Me forum http://forums.toucharcade.com/showthread.php?t=100117
Lol. Clearly a few of you like this. If I didnt really like Orions II, do I still have a chance of liking this? I do like MTG so its not like I dont like the genre.
Haha aaronius80 is me! I was thinking why you forfeit all the matches.. i thought a 3-way game will be interesting. Only tried that in offline mode. I also had a good game with LittleDannyH earlier. I am liking this game more and more..
Is anyone else having issues with GC games? When I tap on online games the game crashes and accepting an invite pop up just dismisses the notification and does nothing else
I really wish this game had some kind of reward for winning matches... at the very least i wish it kept a record of wins/losses. It would also rock to have have a chat system. I hope a future update puts it in.
They'd need a way to keep track of people disconnecting though. I know I quit lots of matches because my opponents are slow and what not. Only having 8 games would really suck if you got held up with 7 dead games, not wanting to quit for fear of incurring a loss. On another note, I'm about to lose a match which I was winning by quite a lot because of one unit. Xeron Duke of Lies. I used to think it was one of the worst monsters to kill compared to the likes of Earth Tyrant, but I've been proven wrong in dramatic fashion. I'm going to lose this match (most probably) because my opponent killed the Duke and got my Watchmaker's Altar. From there, he had just enough for a Grand Design, and I've been desperately trying to close this game out early but havne't had any luck. It was my first Mechana unit, and taking it away took away any advantage I had early on. I killed an Avatar before that, but even that hasn't been enough to claw back the loss from the card swing.
Anybody get over 100 in a game? I'm on course for a pretty huge win which should top it. Will screenshot!
Tough luck camzy. On a suggestion note: I don't know why the game doesn't show your "stars" (btw I don't know what to call it), that your deck you currently holds (including current hand, discard pile, and deck). You're left to the end to find out if your deck was actually enough to pull you through to the win, all the while you're guessing. A running tally of yours and your opponents total deck "stars" might be ok? Afterall, if you have a keen eye you 'could' essentially keep tally yourself. It'd be hard, but I think you could (except for when they banish, as I'm not sure how easy it is to see the card then). I hope ppl understand what I'm explaining? And I'm not totally sure it would help or hinder the game, just seems a little odd to be kept in the dark until the end. (?) Regardless, great game. Being greedy, I would already love to see an expansion pack!!
Its supposed to be like that Talbs. Makes the game uncertain and you don't know the winner until the very end, otherwise games look alot more like blowouts then what the players think. Basically its funner to see the game decided at the end not midway where you realize how bad you're losing. Keeps the suspense. Xeron is pretty ridiculous he gives you a card advantage while also putting the opponent at a 4 card starting hand. awesome, awesome card.
Try the lite. Its a deckbuilding game, unlike both Orions and MTG, though its closer to MTG than Orions.
