I have read that this will have a practice mode.I don't know if it's just waiting for a game to start tho...
we do plan on releasing more online maps if it does get successful. We were going to release a offline practice mode but decided to hold off on that for the intial release.
Yup, definitely. Offline skirmish maps is also a good idea and we'll look into adding that in if enough people asks for it. If anyone else is really interested in offline mode, speak up - we're always listening!
I am ridiculously interested in offline mode. I could see this game being my above and away favorite if I didn't have to play against people constantly. With Battle.net not working for me, I developed a love of offline skirmish in WC3. Might just be us few who want it though

I would like an off-line mode. I don't really like multiplayer and don't always have Wi-Fi connection anyway, so off-line mode would sell this game for me.
I agree on wanting an offline mode. As an iPod Touch user, I don't have constant internet access, so I never buy games with no offline component.
We will most likely offer offline mode when our servers are at a point where it has a good amount of people playing. We will definitely keep our ears open for feed back from the gaming community.
Offline mode sounds pretty awesome for plane flights or places without wifi. However take your time, don't rush it.
We are still waiting for Apple to review. We will see how it fairs on the market. If we consistently get a good amount of players online then offline play will most likely be taken into consideration.
Can't wait till release. I'm going to snag it while it's 0.99. This whole week I've had my iPod app store search locked on "armada" xD
