This is a website where you can create questionnaires, asking whatever you like to collect data for your research. The responses can be viewed and exported to xml files. Viewing and exporting is free. With aReplyApp you can also use the questionnaires as check lists or polls. You can use it to register responses from any iPhone or iPad sharing your account. This is currently a free service. aReplyApp supports text, date, time, number, yes/no and scale (1 - 5) question types. Once aReplyApp is setup to use your account, you get the list of your questionnaires. You can then select one and submit your response.
