well then you can be the first person to be dumb enough to buy THIS app

It's called I Am Rich and actually costs 999.99!!

I don't mind joke apps but that's a bit much...

I guess the developer is hoping that just one person will be dumb enough to buy it. I mean, making 700 dollars off zero work would be kind of awesome, huh?

I just am shocked that Apple is letting crap like this through.

Ironically, you'd have so much money that you could actually buy this for you and all your friends =/

I am working on "I am Poor" the same app but its free, any developer wanna help me?

    Kidding off course.

They should have a "I'm #1" app from the classic Will Ferrell SNL skit.

You should do it. You can have a picture of a homeless man with his hand out. and when you tap the screen he yells "Gimme yo money!"

making begging more efficient than ever

Update: I am rich was pulled from the app store...

since a dev can switch the price of anything with only an hour of notice it's possible it was bumped up to the 999.99 price after it was approved. Hopefully this just means that apple is going to start watching the apps that are published a little better
