Just curious, who here's gonna get 21st Century Breakdown? I listened to the single, Know Your Enemy, and while it's not as great as some of the tracks in American Idiot, it's not bad. So...
no, I'm not. I haven't liked anything by them since Dookie, and the song from that superhits album(i think) Blood Sex and Booze.
i definitely will greenday is one of the all time greatest bands they totally changed my veiws on music, before i was into country and stuff like that and then i heard greenday and it went to alternative rock and rock from there on and i love the new song know your enemy but you are right its not as good as american idiot (which is my favorite album...i own them all) this song kinda sounds like the music style that greenday brought on on their album warning a little bit calmer but breaks out in awsomeness lol...i got know your enemy the first day it come out on itunes, before that i was listening to the 30 second preview and i would just loop it lol...
I loved Green Day tons, I loved American Idiot and most of the stuff before that, but some of the latest stuff I haven't liked that much. So... we'll see.
I agree with others, I'm not pickin this one up. I lost interest at Dookie; it was all downhill from there anyway
lol the only song I've enjoyed was the one about America, I forget which, but all I remember is that they were dissing my country, which was pretty funny... Seeing as most of it was true..
