I am looking for old school type RPG's with turn based fighting like final fantasy on the SNES. Anything like that out there ?

Only ones closest are Vay and Elven Chronicles but both has its faults. My best bet for something close to epic as Final Fantasy is Future's next project is Across Age does well.

Whoops I miswrote that. I meant that if Across Age does well they plan on bringing an epic turn-based rpg for their next project hopefully.

There are alreadys some big rpgs in the app store pipeline like zenonia2, seed or inotia 2 - but they all just offer action based battle systems...

We're hoping for a late January release for our RPG, which will feature a more turn-based battle/casting system similar to the FF series. First round of early beta is complete and our focus has turned to content.

    1. Don't you mean coming to the appstore?
    2. I already know that, that is why I mentioned "turn-based".

@Deadweight You have my attention, any screenshots or is that still early?

I forgot all about Vay! I gotta re-download that.

I liked the first Arvale RPG, never played the second.
