Is Parry even working? I have Counterattack, but have never been able to use it. And I've never seen my character parry. Is it part of manual blocking? Because I haven't seen it while blocking either. Is it just bugged? My parry is 86%
Another thing that hope to get fixed is the voices. There is nothing wrong with the voices themselves... but they are just so darn quiet when compared to the music in the background. I know I can turn off the music... but why do I have to compensate the music in order to hear what the NPCs are saying? Maybe the audio section should have a volume adjuster for NPC voices and music. Also I wouldn't mind seeing the loading screens and inventory screens in full screen either...
Yeah, I have heard of other people crashing on 4.1, but once it gets fixed I will be one happy camper!
I really really want to love this game Running iPad - 4.2 The game keeps crashing, even with today's update. Trying to get out of Raquel's house completely crashes the game down to the ipad home screen. It's really a bummer. At least the save games no longer seem corrupted, even if the auto-save is...
Just updated and it still keeps crashing on my iTouch 2g. When will this problem be fixed. I can barely start the game.
They haven't even officially started testing on 2nd Gens I don't believe, there's a reason this has HD in the title meaning it was tested for 3rd Gens and up so stop your whining, they'll get to it.
iTouch 2g still hasn't been optimized yet, though some 2nd gens can play it currently. Just hang in there, they should get the update out soon. I know I'll be one of those eager people waiting for it.
game crashes on getting out of raquels house.. i crash at raquels house and i tried 30 times and it doesnt work... please fix this crash..this game is waay too fun!
He's in West Callaheim near the area where you can place bets on fights. Careful if you are in that area after dark, some nasty characters will try to rough you up.
For the 2nd gen? @Josh- I'd love to beta the 2nd gen as well. I already bought the game and I'm so anxious to get it up and running but not while it's plagued with so many bugs.
So is the map you see at the very beginning of the game what you get or does it expand as you explore? Don't mean to sound whiny I'm just curious. And I'm lovin the game so far
still getting occasional crashes on my ipod touch 3g 32gb on 4.1 but at least I can get past that meeting quest crash now though. would still like to see a jump ability added, mounts that don't kick you off so easily as that just gets annoying and not having it quit the game whenever I want to go into the setting.
I'm going to venture a guess if its multi-tasking then its running out of memory. Theres a new version of Unity due out soon that is supposed to have better memory handling. Until then, we can try lowering all of the texture resolution on 3rd gen devices and lower to see if it reduces the memory footprint. Just an idea - I'm just an artist... Not a programmer.
