Oh wow!! Definitely going to wait until they get this copyright issue taken care of before purchasing...
When I first started playing I felt pretty lost and overwhelmed. But now I've got used to it, this game is really good. I love the lighting, especially using the torch at night or in caverns. The horse riding works really well too which I was surprised about. Obviously the horses aren't as well animated as they are in Red Dead Redemption, but they feel similar to Oblivion and better than Assassin's Creed. One question though. For the quest where you have to find the lady's missing husband, where do I find him? I searched in the nearest cave, killed a load of gnolls but I couldn't find him. Is he in another cave?
It's actually not that bad against single enemies. The range *is* a bit on the short side, but ambush stuns, and you can get a root skill too. I'm enjoying my ranger so far.
So I talked to Vierne who told me to talk to the Dragon Sunclaw. But when I talk to him he just says he's in a foul mood and go away. What should I be doing?
Agreed! Spoiler: When your in the 1st cave near where you find the dog. There is a chest being guarded by an enemy towards the back of the cave. Once you kill the enemy and open the chest, you receive his wedding ring as well as the quest update.
SPOILERS BELOW!!!!!! DON'T READ, CLOSE JOOR EYES! You should roam around the area of the town and you will see a Drake corpse, loot it as it contains Sunclaw's missing tooth, it opens up a new chat option when you talk to him.
Ok, thanks. At first I didn't realise that you could swim under the water to that other part of the cave
will updateing my 2g from 4.1 to 4.2 help the bugs? also, is there any way to get around the falling from the sky bug without waiting for the update? i have been waiting for this game for three months, and the stuff ive been able to play so far is amazing, but the bugs make me a sad panda
Yes that issue has also been fixed in the update that is submitted and waiting. You will have to talk to Quentin in the sewers again after the update to restore your reputation.
Run around the same area but expand a bit more and you'll see them. They are plants that you can loot.
Keep trying different classes/races if you don't like the one you start with. I went through all of them before I decided on a rogue elf. Also, let the controls grow on you. It doesn't feel perfect at first, but it gets much better as you use them.
this. also, save ALL THE TIME. and if you get bored or are stuck, make a new charatar. it never gets boring to go through the same areas if you play it with a different person.
