It's supposed to look like that. They're working on it though, cant come soon enough after the bug fixes of course.
Awesome! Thanks! And if I bribe that guy, will tue thieves in the sewer still attack me? If so that's fine, I wreck them.
The thieves in the sewers act like regular mobs: they attack on sight. Do they not attack you if you're an outlaw?
Quite disappointed so far. Skill trees and stats need serious rebalance imho and the short range of arrows and spells make two out of four classes nearly unplayable.
Has it crashed for anyone else when they tried to leave the cold sand through the north exit? On an iPad
I don't find the range of spells to be a problem at all. I get my fire elemental to tank and blast spells on the mob. If it gets too close I use the knockback + stun skill. I haven't played on the archer class for long but I agree with you on the short range. I shot 1-2 arrows before it got too close and i had to switch to a meele weapon to kill.
I think with the way the classes are set up, the most powerful class is warrior, then Mage or rogue, then archer. After playing Braveheart, with the machine gun-unlimited arrow bows, anything else just feels clunky
Bugs ive found/ideas for improvents I can safely say without doubt this is THE best game i have played on an iOS device. However here are my ideas which you could improve: (fyi im a level 12 rogue) -A spelling mistake. When the Tips show during loading, there is a tip for the action space on the bottom of the screen. And instead of an m there was an n. Cant remember what excactly it said sorry, but if sure it was there. -I found a bug where I joined a guild and they gave me a mission that had to do with some brew Spoiler I had to kill someone and go to a meeting to eavesdrop on their plans. Upon the last sentence the game froze and when restarded the game would crash. Bug? -Now this just happened. I am really really mad and agry. I thought i was on the load menu when i was on the save instead, and I have two games. One i just started couple minutes ago, and one ive played the whole day. Guess what? Accidentaly I pressed my old game to load, and without asking me or anything it oversaved. Great, lost everything :/ This isnt the fault of crescent moon games, its my fault, but honestly add a "are you sure you want to oversave file" thing, because loosing all your progress sucks. -multiplayer. Now before you flame up, I dont mean an MMO, I mean 2-3 people doing one epic quest. Hell it can even be bluetooth and not wifi. For example adding a village or menu in which you can always see the other player. Like a "bluetooth town" where you can trade, go to an arena, or accept a team quest with harder monsters and better rewards. -Also when you do a quest which gives you a choose reward option, after you click it, the item is given to you. This is kind of a punch in the pants, its hard to decide what item you want just by the way the icon looks. I would suggest having like a looting window, where you click on each item to find the stats and whether you can use it or not, and then accepting one of them. -This isnt much of an issue, but my sister made a female character and yet the NPC's greeted her with a "good morning Sire" and stuff like that. -And lastly sometimes it can be annoying with auto targeting, as in if you have a pet following you (the dog on beginning) and he follows you when your attacked, it happened to me that the dog was auto targeted instead of the opponent. Also when I want to collect some sunberry it wouldnt let me target. These are all the issues ive encountered so far, and a couple of ideas for improvents (theres always place for improvements ) Once again, congrats on the best iOS game to date (according to me) keep it up!
Playing the warrior is absolutely devoid of any downside. Also the way you have to manually change to a melee weapons after shooting just one arrow is unacceptable.
Ok, this is pretty awesome in my iPod Touch 3rd gen. On the iPad though... Ugh. Whenever I pan around on the iPad, the camera lags and then jerks around like crazy. I have like 39 gigs of open space on it and I restarted it. It's on medium settings and has slow downs, while my 3rd gen is on high and runs really smooth. Is it because my iPad isn't on 4.2?
I haven't got an iPad but lag could be due to memory issues. Have you got many apps running in the background? EDIT: Lol i forgot multitasking was introduced on the iOS 4.2 update for the iPad.
Spoiler want to add taht to the suggestions thread? that would really help. thanks! Glad you like it!!! want to add wolf pets...
so far i like the ipad version but it needs help. - the looting, menus, inventory, all are minuscule. Beyond the difficulty in actually even seeing them......I have to adjust my hands to even hit the little buttons from the movement controls and it's a super pain. Please fix that! - is there a chance to get a little auto 'behind the back' camera? It's realy difficult to scroll the camera left and right without zooming it crazy and it just making a mess.
