I might have found a glitch: When I came into West Callaheim, there was no water, even though there still was the animation for the little waterfall. I used the safety ring, but nothing happened until I left and came back and then the water mysteriously appeared again.
Because I don't want to read all 2000 posts, how is the game on a second gen? ANd they're not making a SD version, correct?
An update is eventually coming but a few complications have popped up. But for now, HD is "playable" on the 2nd gen, but be ready for laggy performance and crashes. Many people have beaten the game using a 2nd gen though, and I play Aralon on a 2nd gen myself. But the success for myself and other aren't representative of everybody, some people can't even load Aralon on their 2nd gen.
Don't take it then! I had lots of crashes with Prince of Persia from Gameloft... and I have a 3gs not jailbroken...I don't think even for a moment to purchase Aralon...lol but if u like lag and crash parties...join them! someone find them funny
The crashes in PoP from Gameloft are not due to the device not being powerfull enough, they are due to bugs. Kind of weird that gameloft still hasn't fixed those by now.
This is a stunning game. For the first time I am enjoying a rpg with my ranger. I have to say thanks to the people who invested their energy into creating this game, amazing.
Great! Great game and very impressive to see something like this on the mobile platform! I wish the map was a little bit better though.. I find it pretty useless at the moment.. Other than that: fantastic game!
i have done 44 quests so far exluding the sappfire one cause the moron keeps attacking me how many are their suppose to be in total?
Well, i wouldn't compare this game to Dragon Age. It's more of a Oblivion-esque RPG. So chances are, if you liked Oblivion, you will like Aralon. I'm loving the ride!
It's a wonderful game, i really recommend it. Both games (Oblivion and Aralon) have greatly detailed open worlds that really make you wanna explore every single cave and dungeon.
Actually there is one thing where this compares better to Dragon Age than Oblivion; you have to fight and leveling is based on fighting above all else. In Oblivion, you don't and it isn't. But they're all similar types of games. I like Aralon for the same reasons for which I like Oblivion and Dragon Age.
with all respect to devs of this really good iphone game, it can not be compared with Dragon Age or even with fedex-Oblivion, because they are PC games and have much more feats, story and other stuff than Aralon.
I'm sorry if I missed this anywhere in the thread but where exactly can I get Helga's Ring? Thanks. Also, for Greenfin Stew, where do I find greenfish nibblers?
Around Taryn Ridge there is Cranyon Lake (spelling?)... on the border of this lake are 2 gaves with characters "Ug" and "Og." The dialogue should explain from there... or if you want to be less refined just kill them both.
