Just wanted to drop in and say I am really impressed with Aralon, though this isn't typically what I play on the go. Travelling in Aralon's open world takes quite a bit of time, in fact I would go as far as to say 70% of the time is spent just roaming from point A to point B, to point C, and so on. It is especially noticeable when traveling inside a town. Once I had to spend 3 whole minutes just climbing back out of the sewer in a town. Those 3 minutes might not seem like a lot but it's really expensive for the mobile player; in 3 minutes you could have defeated two enemies in Infinity Blade, for example. I can also see why Respecs aren't really necessary in a game like this, the talent trees are basic enough and you should have more than enough points to try out everything here and there (at least, I think so). By basic I don't' mean primitive, they are actually very well thought out and I probably wouldn't have wished for something else. Most players would likely only play through the game once or twice anyway considering the length of the game (it seems fairly long), it is unlikely for players to play a same class in each of their playthroughs. Coming from WoW, I really hate how the game doesn't automatically mount the character upon finished casting. It is as if the game is trying to make the controls harder on purpose....(????) And I really really hate how the character automatically dismounts when the character is near a wall or object. I mean, what were they thinking?
Yeah it gets a little annoying. If they just made it so you had to hit a larger object it would be better, plus you should only dismount if your travelling at a gallop which doesn't happen, but except for a few occasions it works pretty well.
I can NOT find the smugglers hideout north of callaheim it is DRIVING me CRAZY! I went north, which is the place with the spider queen and dark gnomes, correct? I can not find the hideout, please help. Also I went criminal for a free minutes to level a bit and test it out and then payed a crap load of gold to go neutral but some of my quest givers still attack me, what's up with that?
Well firstly to find the smuggler's cove you have to go to the outlands, to get their look on your map in north callaheim and go to cold sands hold and then go to the north gate. After it should be on the map for outlands I think
Go due north from the Cold Sands exit. Once you can see the beach, turn right. There's a cave along the shore.
oh thank god, ty guys. I was going to go in Outlands but I figured that was a higher leveled area. I will check it out. Also, I noticed someone talking about doing a dragon quest to get the mount around level 18...im level 21 where is this quest?
That's Sunclaw's quest. When you travel northeast from Cold Sands into the outlands and get to the beach, to your right is the smuggler's hideout, and to the left is Karn (the 4 huts). Along the beach is a dead drake. Loot it, then go to Sunclaw's lair (west of the Cold Sands exit).
killed quentin hmm, so i killed quentin, and now am stuck because everyone hates me and cannot use the scepter and cannot seem to progress any further in the game! i have leveled up to around 40+ killed the ice queen and the orc boss guys and sun claw and have gone round killed everyone i can find, but cannot complete the main game due to my outlawish nature... maybe its worth making some character un killable untill the very end of the very end of the game? possibly in the next update reset peoples popularity with such people as quentin so that we can be liked enough to finish the game?
So in the smugglers cave how the HELL do u get over to the other island? The dock is too high to get onto from the water. Maybe I'm missing something obvious?
How well does this run on a 3G? I know the developers said it was for 3rd gen and up, but is it at least playable on the 3G? Also, I heard that there will be a version for devices under 3rd gen. Is this true?
Lol i didnt know that, i just swam over to the side, and the smugglers including (forgot his name) jumped off and i killed them
Same here first time, but then I saw a chest and I finally after like 20 minutes I found the raft and chest, got across and then found out it was empty
So is there anyway to go from neutral to lawful? I got frustrated that the guild members kept attacking me so I wiped out all three guilds. I've noticed that some people don't respawn, ha I wish I knew that before hand. Also, is there a thieves guild to join? If so how do you join it? One more question, sunclaw will not take me to the isle, where exactly is the isle located? I gave her the soothing balm already.
