Sorry if this has been answered already, but does this game run on 2nd gen Touch? And if so, how well?
It works nicely in game, but occasionally crashes in loading screens, if the SD version is coming really soon, I would hold out if I were you but if you can't wait then just get it
ya lol I was playing last night after I bought it, and i looked for like 10 minutes before looking at the map.
You can, make a backup of your device. But that doesn't make sense if your going to play anyother games because then if you want to restore Aralon you will lose all the games after the save.
Outlands, north of Cold Sands Hold, it's basically straight ahead from the exit It's not so much a town as a collection of 4 stone huts on the beach. If you see a ship and a dock, it's right there. (It's abandoned, so no quick trip back to Callaheim unfortunately.) It isn't marked on the map as Karn, it lists the huts separately, which is kind of confusing.
I really wouldn't mind paying for this game twice if it would work better... The only thing is, the reviews for Aralon would just plummet to the ground if people had to buy it twice. So probably not.
Bugs and price increase... Aralon looks good, except: people are still talking about bugs & crashes in these forums. It seems strange for the price to be increased now, if the products not 100%. You'd think a lower price would be maintained until the technical issues are resolved. Someone else mentioned they're waiting for a stable release. Has that happened?
Ah. Well in that case, I'll wait for a fix and keep playing Tomb Raider and Real Racing 2 in the meantime.
That is not true at all. I play HD on my 2nd gen and it rarely crashes. It lags a bit more than newer devices, but it's barely a nuisance.
was this just for me, or has anyone else gotten soulstealer, the 180 power, 2.0 speed, life draining axe from the vampire chest?
More content is in the works, yes. Can't say everything exactly, but Josh did say he's working on a paladin class. As far as losing your character, if you backup to iTunes, it should restore your saves too. I can say that Aralon is in no way being abandoned, and there are lots of exciting ideas coming from both CMGames and Galoobeth unless you really need the space, I'd keep it on your device.
Nope, grind the Vamp and you can get soulstealer, nightblade, axe of harm etc. You can resell for a good price after charges are gone, tho its slowwww..
Can't complete quest bug I've collected three sapphires and when I go back and talk to the guy at the bank, he thanks me and it goes to the screen where I select a reward. When I touch any of these, it returns me to the screen where he thanks me and I never actually get the exp or reward in this endless loop. Has anyone figured out a way to complete the quest?
with the ancient vamp, does his chest just refill after you take stuff from it, or do you have to do something to make his stuff come back, or does it just not? and is it just me, or is the spider queen REALLY REALLY LAME?
Ugh. Now this same thing is happening to me with the dark gnomes quest for the Guadians of Aralon guild.
Sh**t, that is what i did too, and i have not return to Darius nor use the scepter on the royal palace guy, just wandering around to kill the bosses and then i will return for the reward. Might return to Darius soon, hope there is a solution to this
i dont think boss or unique chac guarded chest will be refill, what i did was kill the vampire, save in 2 slots, and then load the game, the vampire will revive (normally) I hated the webs, it took me many saves to go across to the cave opposite, get the loot and come back. I fell countless of time
