Or a PvP arena (accessable as a location in game or from start menu) where you could wager your money and hard won items, that would be amazing, at the start of the fight each player of simaler level picks their stake from their belongings (items+money) he then get's to see what the other player is prepared to risk as a stake and then decide if the bet is on. Winner takes all, it could leave you broke with nothing or it could leave you rich, how cool would that be? You could also get special items for winning depending how much you are prepared to risk , for example, risk 100% of your belongings and win and be presented with an awesome sword not found in the game, or special armour for 3 wins in a row, etc.
I disagree with all of these ideas, this is not a multiplayer online game people!! This would ruin the sense of the game. Galoobeth games were saying something about aralon online so wait up (some years) for this one.
Yup. Please keep it singleplayer only (I'm sure you will). We don't want this turning into a 3D version of "Graal"
How about co-op online? Where you could explore the map with people online and complete missions and challenges together
No, please not ! I do not want to have multiplayer... Instead of that they should make the atmosphere and the SP content even better
Not to mention that most full priced retails console RPG games don't offer co-op, why would one expect it in a small indie release on the iPhone? Game looks downright fantastic, I'll be purchasing day one!!!
I wasn't advocating an MMORPG, but I think it would be nice to have an option to duel with your charactor seperate to the main game (selected on the options screen or in an in game arena). It would extend gameplay length and give you something to do once the game is complete, and if you didn't like it you wouldn't have to take part. It would probably be relatively simple to code and add as an update later on and wouldn't take away from the main game at all, you guys may not want that feature but some would. Anyway, it was just an idea.
Will the website be HTML/CSS or will it be Flash? I'd like, for once, to be able to view an iPhone game's website on my iPhone. Haha.
now i know, the combat in this game will be like by The witcher http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aFE2vfkd888 (it is like the mix of oblivion and dragon age combat) is it?
Uh, not really. It's closer to Dragon Age (semi-automated combat), unless they've somehow changed the combat system as well.
xHTML and CSS, don't worry For us webdesigners there's no more reason to utilize Flash.. jquery can already handle 90% of the stuff that was done in flash in the past.
