hmmm not necessarily true. Infinity Blade had a release date but didn't hit at 11pm it came at 12pm. 11pm is just speculation.

What are you talking about? http://forums.toucharcade.com/showpost.php?p=1464631&postcount=188 All games with set release dates get released at 11 PM ET, and are tiered. Its how it works. Also, there is no benefit to have a tiered release versus a all at once release. A tiered release would release the game at 11 PM, and a all at once release would release whenever the dev tells it to, plus 1-4 hours for it to populate. In all actuality, the tiered release gets you the game faster then any other option(other then no release date, of course)
