Oh so very wrong dear friend. I did not like rage one bit, thought it was a waste of money, IB on the otehr hand, it's the best game on the platform at this time.

Didn't you look at anything but the graphics before you bought the game? :)

I'm pretty sure it's been said that this will run for sure on 3rd gen and up...

It might run on 2nd gen.

And you want the same responses to that comment many moons ago?
Even Josh tried to tell you; It's not at all the same game, they didn't want Ravensword to be an RPG like this one, they wanted it to be more of an action game.

I could quote him, but honestly, i don't wanna spend the next hour searching through almost 3500 post to look for it. You're maybe right about it being the closest and most comparable, but not alike in most of ways.

    (Off-topic answer about IB)
I disagree to those saying IB is boring and reptetive. I think they should maybe have made more castle, but also, it's an iPhone game, and i kind of like the '5 minutes quick action' or 'castle-run in 20-30 mins'. Also, the fighting gets harder and harder the better you are, i like that, it's pretty challenging, and you have to improve your fighting skills. Aralon will be completely different, and that's awesome, the depth of the game is tremendous, and i only see the positive in two very different games coming out, so we can play what we feel like playing, instead of playing Gameloft boring clones.

Yeah, it apparently will run on 2nd gen devices, but it's not guaranteed. I guess there is a 2nd gen approved version on the way though.

They're thinking about the best solution (CM, that is.).

    World, now Belgium
Ok last time I mention IB .... Thing is, IB is just a better looking fantasy Punch Out clone without humour. And actually Punch Out on Wii is way more fun :D

I have bought and played the game, deleted after the first bloodline. Eye candy isnt everything, if I want something with good graphics, why not epic citadel? It's free and doesnt cost $6. and I get to free roam, get any view i want.

EDIT: enough of that, I don't want to spoil this thread with another game. Aralon is amazing, can't wait for it to be out

    Total Punch Out clone!!!!

Remember leveling up Little Mac back in the day? Assigning skill points? Picking up and using potions? Ah, I still remember the night I first got enough cash to purchase the Infinity Boxing Gloves after grinding for a few hours..... man these games are like the same thing!!!!:L1kj;dslkfj!L1kjs;lkj1lkJ!LKU3j23u

Does anyone know how effective a Ranger may be in close combat?

Uggh. Thought earlier in this thread it was established that it would run on 2nd Gen. This is disheartening to hear. Feels like a one-two punch between this and IB. If I could only afford to upgrade...

Yeah, I'm just stuck between playing a Ranger and a Rogue. Can't decide.

My first character is going to be a human, male Mage, but after I level him up enough I going to turn him into a warrior Mage, OF DEATH!

Sounds most exciting! Can you sorta mix classes? Like start Mage but really level up your sword and sheild combat stats?

You can't mix classes, though that sounds like a good idea for a sequel ;).

Instead of making a new app, they should just update for guaranteed 2g support since everyone probably isn't gonna wait for the other version.
