On a pc or a wii it wouldn't be a problem due to mouse or motion control scrolling. Speaking of which there is no reason the advices cant have games just as good as the wii since the controls aren't all that different from an implement ion not technical sense and graphic capabilities are similar.
This post is and isn't Aralon related... It's more of a brainstorm. I'd love to see Crescent Moon, use their Aralon assets and engine work, to pull a Gameloft move. Giving their own take on a game similar to DinoCrisis or Jurassic Park. Imagine an rpg/action adventure that follows the story of Jurassic Park, much like Goldeneye (n64) followed the movie. Using all the "awesome" that their artwork in Aralon employs. It would be so sweet to run around the Isla Nublar/Sorna world, seeing electrified fences and dinos...landing on the island via a helicopter, with John Hammond and co., gazing at brachiosuars.. Okay, so maybe this isn't super Aralon related, but if anyone could use their talent, it'd be Crescent Moon and team. Just my imagination, running away. I'm surprised not a single game in the AppStore has tried to bring either Jurassic Park or something like Capcom's DinoCrisis to iOS. That carnivores game doesn't count...
$6.99?! That's pretty cheap! And I'm still going to be buying the regular version of it, too, so it'll be even cheaper
Are you kidding? I downloaded Arcania for my 360, that game was a buggy mess with the worst UI and inventory screen i've ever seen!
Im sorry if this is a bad question, I haven't really been following this thread much. Anyway how does it look with retina display? I'm getting a 4gen after Christmas so I want to know what to expect.
Okay, haven't played it through. But also, i haven't played Aralon. I'm just trying to say, that Aralon is EPIC for the iPhone. But, for the iPhone.
I would say that it's epic for a game on a portable device. Obviously Western RPGs like Oblivion can make use of much more powerful processors on PCs and consoles to deliver a richer experience on a larger canvas. That said, I've had a lot more fun with Aralon than I did with Oblivion. As far as I'm concerned, Aralon is better paced, without the rinse/repeat stucture with the demon gates (man, did I hate those gates). I also couldn't stand the elastic leveling of enemies in Oblivion -- Aralon is far more straightforward in that regard. Not making any claims here, except perhaps that "better" is a fairly personal attribute.
so if the 15th is the estimated release date whats the range like whats the earliest and the latest, the two dates that the game will come inbetween
Does it have a good story? Or at least so e form of a story? Or is it a purly quest or mmorpg type of game without the online Art? Meaning is it a real rpg or a quest fetch game?
