New game that looks pretty fun. Appears to have online multiplayer judging by the menu. Should be in the app store soon.

this game looks like Waverace for the N64.

unfortunately it doesn't seem to have waves, which makes it kind of pointless.

oh, well.....but since i still have my old, dusty N64 just because of waverace and goldeneye, i might buy this game anyway if the controls are decent enough.

Looks nice. If they can offer enough variety in the enviroments then this could be quite a fun game. Also, I noticed the water was very calm/flat, if they can take a little inspiration out of Nintendo's Wave Race series, then they'll do well to implement a variety of weather conditions ranging from calm waters, to rough, aggressive waves.

The reflections in the water look great. Online multiplayer? If that's implemented right, I'll have to buy this.

This looks awesome! The trick system is really cool, and the graphics very nice.

Only one track, looked like a calm lake of sorts so that's why there only small waves, hopefully at least. I can see there being bigger waves in other courses.

For the trick system, why couldn't they just draw shapes or motions on the touchscreen, kind of like Star Wars: Force Unleashed. I think that would be more innovative and would work better than just tapping on a trick.

    looks like a great game...

the only worries i have are that there are no waves and that could be a really good feature (as mentioned earlier) and that there will not be very many levels, and nothing makes a worse racing game if there ae less than 5 levels

  17. Yes I think for this type of game, waves are essential. It's like a Rally game without any bumps in the road.

The paucity of updates in Clusterball, as well as a number of other issues was disheartening, but that was an eviscerated port of a PC title. One can only hope that with this iphone specific title, the developers will be more responsive to constructive criticism before and after the title is released.
