    1. I can't do a search. The title even shows up on the drop-down list but the search reports back that it can't find it.

    2. When I try to rate or review an app, it keeps telling me that I don't have the latest version. All my apps are updated to the latest version and I've checked. Has been happening since yesterday.

What the heck's going on?

The only person that can answer your question is Apple. The App Store always acts strange, you get used to it.

Steve Jobs is angry. Kinda like how God is sad when it rains.

    lol

    Ok, so this is typical.

It's irritating not being able to search out an app I wanted to buy.

I'm having the same issues. It's not you, it's the Store.

Go search appshoper.com and find the app and get the direct link to it and it will open in itunes.

Or you can try searching these forums and look for it's thread to see if a link was posted and that will get you to the app you are trying to find.

Or do [a p p] App's name exactly [/ a p p] without the spaces in a post and click on it and it should take you to itunes too.

I opened iTunes today, it acted like it was ReInstalled

I found that Apple had removed the Apps tab (The one that lets below Videos.. not on the Store but the main part) on iTunes and it would only appear if I added my Mobile Applications folder again. And yeah, Searching for Applications doesn't work.

    This is realllllly frustrating

Something is definitley quirky. It seems as though they are in the process of building a better search engine.

Yea this same thing is happening for me. It's really frustrating I'm having to go to Toucharcade and use the direct links just to find an app I want to buy :D

yeah this is not good, cause I also want to get on that Sky burger deal.

have anyone tried syncing their ipod? It really slows up when I connect my iPod and I'm having difficulty syncing.

You could always just go to appshopper.com or a similiar site and look up apps through there. They all have direct links to their App Store page.

Edit: If you click on "All Results" at the top left of the screen and change it to just "Applications", it will give you the results you were looking for. Just a temporary fix until Apple actually fixes it themselves. Of course this only works on iTunes, not on your iPod itself.

Edit2: I've been hearing reports that the iPod App Store is working now...

The store hasn't been working for me the whole day via WiFi... weird... looks like some issue with Apple's cache provider.
