Same thing been happening to me for a while with this version. Deleted, reloaded, reset... still does it. Infuriating...
I'm having a problem with AppSniper 1.7.1 on iPhone 3GS 16G with OS 3.0 on the snipe/watch page, I can find an app, and the price selector comes up, but there's no button to actually select that price and add it to your snipe/watch list. I've emailed Manta, but received no reply.
they have abbandoned this ! i am not sure why, but they never update / reply / fix bugs / etc would recommend giving up on this
Aw bummer. I love this app. It's saved me a lot of cash. It hasn't crashed much recently, was it updated and I didn't realize it?
Try appshopper.com. No need for that buggy appsniper anymore. Love the email notifications. You cant miss a sale for your fav game anymore. . Give it a try. You`ll love it. did I say it`s free.
Has anyone checked to see if AppSniper is working properly? Reading some very recent reviews people seem to be claiming that the app will crash if you try and search.
Search causes it to crash just type "life boat" in the search window other wise it works much better now with the exception to search, I sent the developer an email, no reply back; in the past he/she would always respond.
The problem with the snipe button not showing up after a search was fixed, but the app still crashes to the springboard. Time to switch to PandoraBox.
Seems like the search cant handle blanks which makes it crash. If your search for something without blanks it functions fine.
Seems that's right. I tried to add "Q 'bert int" to my snipe list. Crashed everytime I tried to add it through the What's hot section! So its not related to search alone!
