I've encountered this rather serious bug where apps fail to load after some failed updates. Here's the story, I recently got this new computer and had to set up everything and transfer my files from my old com to my new one. In doing so for the past few days, I'd forgotten to download some updates and had about 20 or so. I decided to update them on my iPod touch instead of my com, I had a rather weak wi fi signal that kept quitting on me so my updates failed eventually they all got updated but here's the problem: I can't open my apps now. It's a rather serious problem and I thought it was my iPod but a recent update to another app confirmed my problem, check out the recent update for 'Outer Empires' and it states it fixes a bug which prevented the app from loading after a failed update. So basically, I'm stuck with apps not loading and don't know what to do. All of my old apps won't work, only the ones I recently added (NOVA, NFS S, SMB2 and a few others) Help please. EDIT: Problem seems to be gone, for now.
