I am looking for an app to learn foreign languages. It should not only include pronunciation , but grammar(basic and advanced) and a dictionary.

One I would recommend is the iStart series. I am currently using the one they have for Chinese (iStart Chinese). The app costs $5 and I have found it to be extremely well done, especially in covering grammar. Many questions I had that were glossed over in other beginning materials were covered solidly in this app. They have Chinese, Japanese, German and Spanish. I am not sure if they have any others . The lessons are in small bite-sized chunks. You can listen to the grammar notes like an audiobook or just read it instead. They have male and female native speakers for the vocabulary and each part has an option to take short interactive quizes. About the only thing I would want more of is pronunciation practice. For that I am hoping Greenhorn Media's "Decoder" series will help with. They currently have titles such as "Decoder: Spanish Pronunciation Guide" . They have French as well and some other languages. I am waiting for the soon-to-be released Chinese version. The iStart one was a very pleasant surprise because they pack a lot of quality material into an affordable price. Hope that helps!
