Apple's Spanish appleid not working these days?

    About 3 days ago GC stopped working. The welcome banner takes a LOT of time to appear, and even when it appears it seems I'm still not connected to the GC servers since games like Volt and SFxT send me an error saying that I'm not connected when searching for someone to play with.

    The App Store was still working so I didn't think of this as an Apple's problem, but just when I was about to restore my iPhone I saw that I was in the US App Store, so I logged out and logged in again with my Spanish account, and it didn't work. Logging out of GC and logging in again didn't solve anything, with both settings and GC apps sending me an error after some time. This also happens with iTunes on my laptop. It can connect to the Spanish App Store, but once I enter my username and my password, it sends me an error saying that it can't connect. Even iCloud doesn't work.

    So it would seem that my Apple ID is the problem, but even Apple's ID page doesn't load on any browser. Well, that's most of the time. Some other times it just takes a LOT of time to load.

    Am I the only one with a Spanish Apple ID having this problem?
