      UK is 'Pictures of Lily'. Seems to be a reasonably popular piece of chick lit. Personally, I'd rather have the song by 'The Who'.

      This has now been price matched by Barnes & Noble, for Nook. If you're interested in the Kindle version, keep an eye on the Amazon app store because they've been price matching some items there too, though not this ebook yet.

      Yes, I can confirm that I'm seeing some slowness in the changeover for some countries. It took Apple 45 minutes to update the page for France, after midnight!
