I was surprised to see our ranking shooting up and realized that Apple had decided to feature Fitaide under New & Noteworthy in over 65 countries including the US. We are all delighted at the recognition - the visibility has helped us reach Top 30 amongst paid Health & Fitness apps in the US.

In the month since the app launched we have received very positive reviews from users and fitness experts - and lot of support from users of this forum. Thank you!

    Thank you!

For anyone interested in trying out the app there's a lite version also available which has most of the core features, but restricts session length to 30 minutes.

That's great, congrats. I've wondered which feature helps most. I suspect that a lot of people go to "what we're playing" and I'm sure getting slipped into an iPhone TV spot would be gold.

That's the million dollar question! In our case we believe its the technology which is truly unique, plus (at least in our opinion!) good design.

I'd love to hear from others as to what you think might have resulted in Fitaide getting featured?

I dont have my iPhone with me right now (getting replaced @ the shop :( ) but this app looks really interesting to me. I can't quite figure out exactly what its offering and how it works based just off the website however. I'd love to give it a try, it looks like it could be really useful in HIIT(High Intensity Interval Training)?

We believe Fitaide is a great fit for HIIT and similar programs for a number of reasons:
    1. It uniqiely measures your % Vo2max - which is how most HIIT intervals / programs are designed.
    2. At the end of the session you can see whether you achieved your HIIT goals in each interval
    3. You can track the resulting improvements in your fitness - if you follow through on the HIIT, you should see improvements in a matter of weeks - this can be a great motivator!

Any ideas for making this more relevant would be very welcome, as we've just begun designing the next version.
