(HD, VGA, SD and Low) -You could save the device storage by selecting lower quality for casual video recording. -You wonât miss important moment when device lacks storage. 2. It extends the maximum video recording time length. -The maximum video recording file is 4GB (device limitation), which means about 50 minutes on iPhone4, iPod Touch4 and iPad2. The maximum recording time is extended when you select lower quality. -You will have the following maximum recording length when you have 4GB device storage left: VGA -> approximate 2 hour 30 minute SD -> approximate 3 hour 30 minute Low -> approximate 52 hour !!
